Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Vicente

This apartment is spectacular for families with children. The king room is cozy and the two pull out beds in the living room were great. It truly felt like a home every time we returned from our adventure. We walked along the marina to the beach everyday. Jose Luis and James (the front desk guys) were always SO pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this place and the surrounding area. Amazing restaurants only steps away and Vallarta Adventures is literally around the corner and they allowed us to watch the dolphins and sea lions FOR FREE. Thank you David for such a great experience

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

Just was extremely responsive. Place was just perfect. Next to a grocery store. Easy 20 minute bus ride to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Ubers available within 3 min. Super clean. Great view of bay and cruise ships. Rooftop pool. Security 24/7. Building very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place except that we would have liked to stay longer had we had the time. Thanks

Lawrence contacted us to check that our needs on arrival were met and if we have any concerns. No surprises, all was as shown in this listing. The location & views were excellent. We had a wonderfull 4 weeks. The rooftop heated pool & large seating area was great! It was never busy and the various other condo owners were very friendly and helpful. The King bed was just right, not soft not hard. Always a breeze outside so with open windows the air conditioner was rarely used. Ideal for 2 people, as kitchen counter only has room for 2 people sitting. Building is secure with front doors locked in the evening with a staff member on duty. We had great relaxing time.🤗

Mary's place was exactly as listed. Everything you need for a steal of a price. Comfy bed, cold A/C, hot shower, functional and stocked kitchen, provided water, washer/dryer, and beautiful rooftop views. There are some really great little hidden restaurant spots right around this area - Miel for rooftop views, tons of truly amazing vegan taco spots, and don't sleep on Fei Long - it's actually really fantastic Chinese food. There's a great gym 5 mins walking distance (Simmon's). Beautiful longer walk to the Malecon, but I always enjoyed it. Mary's super responsive and helpful. Thanks Mary!

Great apartment in best neighborhood especially if you enjoy large selection of vegan options. Grocery store block & a half away. Buses & Malecon handy. The apartment is secure, spacious & quiet. I loved the windows out to the garden. Slept hard & sound every night. Mery & Jeff are the sweetest hosts. We would definitely return here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Excellent host Jesus, his house is super nice and equipped, there is a lot to buy in the surroundings. The location is about 15 min from the beach by car.

It is an incredible accommodation, in addition to beautiful it is great in terms of space, cleanliness and functionality; Alan is very attentive and kind, we had a wonderful family vacation. Highly recommended.

Jeffry's place is honestly even better in person than in the pictures. It was amazing. The house is HUGE and the space is beautifully decorated with artwork. The outdoor space was the highlight. The pool was awesome and, although the hot tub wasn't quite hot (and seemed to be under a bit of repair while we were there) it was still warm and enjoyable. We went with another couple that had a 1.5 year old and our son was 2.5. The house was fairly easy to kid proof, but if you go with young ones you'll definitely want to watch them around the steps into the living room as well as out back by the canal (there's about a 4-5 foot drop from the backyard to the canal). But, if you avoid those things, everything else is magical. Yessenia the cook was SO lovely and her food was fantastic. Highly recommend. On the whole, an amazing stay. Would Very much recommend and would most definitely stay again for sure. Thank you Jeffry!

everything perfect , the house super comfortable and clean !! we loved everything was close . the coto super agusto and we loved having the jacuzzi in front of the house !! We had a little bump with the keys and quickly they solved us and took us duplicado so we could get in 😁 would stay again🙂.

Rodolfo was a caring and responsive host. He responded within less than 5 minutes of any questions we had. We needed some additional linens and a clothes line and he came over the same day to deliver and install! The house was clean and everything worked well. It is a beautiful house with upgraded appliances and furniture 😊 The location is a little further from the beach than expected but the community is wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Rodolfo as a host!

Alvaro's place was a fantastic space to spend with friends. The views and facilities including the rooftop pool was really spectacular.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Javier was very helpful and welcoming. Upon arrival he handed me the keys and gave me a quick tour of the condo. Very pleasant and kind person. Very clean and well equipped condo. The view is amazing from the balcony and you can go outside to the terrace and get another amazing view. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay long or short term. Great. Stay at Laura’s place. The view from the front of the house is expensive from the Sierra Madre foothills to the city and everything in between. Very walkable to get to old town and nice along the Rio Cuale. The place is just as it’s pictured. Very cute and stylish, everything works. Lots of extra bedding, towels, whatever you need. Laura is very helpful and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Aloha, We loved the location. Bus stop is right there. Ocean views perfect to watch wales etc. Very nice to have the resort next door for bar and food. I highly recommend.
