We have been very comfortable in the house. The communal areas and the porch give rise to spending time together both older and children. Despite the cold of the street, the heating is wonderful because it has a underfloor. We had a small inconvenience with the bbq that Alberto fixed it at the moment. We don't have a complaint

We loved the place. A very nice and cozy garden and house perfect for a group of 9-10 people, with lots of kitchenware. We went 9 and we were really comfortable, the living room is very spacious. The house was very hot when we arrived, something that is greatly appreciated and more now. In the case of the rooms in the background the radiators did not finish heating completely but we warned José and at nothing they approached to see what was going on and they put some electronic radiators so I solved problem. Just to point out that there were two bedrooms that had no window and one of them went through the master bedroom. For us it was not an issue because we did not make life in the room. Thank you!

Great value for money

Liuta's place is a little far from the center of Madrid, but the metro number 5 takes you directly to Sol Square without transfer. The inside of the accommodation was made me feel at home with her sensible decoration and preparation. Also, we arrived late and had trouble parking, and we were so grateful that they responded and worried about our messages right away.

The house was just what we were looking for to celebrate my son's 18 years. The exceptional plot area with its barbecue and in the basement a play area for the boys. Everything was very clean, and we had all kinds of utensils. Jose Maria was attentive at all times. Would recommend 💯

Google maps took us to the back and it was a little tricky, but the girl was attentive all the time. We arrived and they accommodated us. Clean site, with heating and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything is good👍🏻. Free garage is appreciated.

The house was exactly as described—comfortable, well-equipped, and set in a peaceful location with a spacious outdoor area. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Very cozy apartment, has an equipped kitchen, there were ice cubes in the freezer , which was great for us since, so we could enjoy the drink we were carrying. The rooms are very good and everything is very clean. The bathroom is small but very functional, it has even a hairdryer. The towels were spotless and has an ideal terrace to go out for your coffee in the morning… we felt like genius!!! Alejandro is a good host, at all times he has answered my doubts and needs almost instantly!!!! I recommend it 100%. We will definitely be back next time.

Amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and enjoy the peace of being surrounded by trees and birds. Like other reviewers said, it’s like having your own little forest. We stayed there with our pup, who loved being able to run around freely in the yard. Since it rained a lot during our stay, we really took advantage of the chimney and the porch, making it the perfect retreat. Thanks Miguel and Mari for your hospitality! Can’t wait to come back.

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

This home is spacious, bright, quiet, and clean. Good bedding. Metro is close to Madrid
