Holiday rentals with a patio in San Rafael

An excellent place to stay, a very safe and quiet area, very comfortable and the building is safe. A very nice apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment was wonderful overall. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning or heating, which made it a bit cold. However, the location was excellent, and the apartment itself was very nice.

Excellent location, central to everywhere we needed to go and made it easy to stop by the house and head out again.

Wonderful experience . The depa is perfect , I would say that it is more beautiful than in the photos. All the details cared for to make a pleasant stay. The hostess more than a 10. The location in terms of convenience of access is perfect. Metros , metrobus all cerquíta. Just not very nice to come back at night. I recommend doing it by car. Quinquin's place exceeded our expectations. It is very well located, in a quiet and safe area, perfect to rest after a day of activities. Also, it's close to points of interest, which makes mobility a lot easier. The place is comfortable, very complete, and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you go to any concerts in the CDMX arena it is one of the best options to stay as it is very close walking. They are always in constant communication to know if you need anything or if you did not have any problems upon your arrival. They are very friendly and the place is in excellent condition.

Looked exactly like the pictures. Arely was very responsive with any questions I had. Very good location. There’s an xoxo, bakery & pizza place on the same stretch as the air bnb. Would definitely stay there again!

Paty and Eduardo were wonderful hosts. Each time we had a few questions about things to do or clarification. They responded so quickly and with a great recommendations. They were always so friendly and professional. The place really was amazing! This was definitely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in and it felt like a real vacation with a little garden and the architectural design of the place itself. I also love the fact that I could walk a few blocks to get my morning coffee! Also only a 10 minute walk from downtown Coyoacan, where all the action is with many stores and amazing restaurants. We highly recommend staying there and one tip that was very useful was to book the bike trip on the Airbnb app itself that included the blue house tour. Although there was a six day wait to see the blue house, we were able to see it at the same day by doing the bike tour and it was a wonderful experience to see Coyoacan by bicycle. We definitely plan on returning!! :))

Safe and quiet location.

The apartment was perfect for our group needs. We wanted to explore Coyoacán, but having a private and cozy place to rest. We were traveling around the country, so it was great to have a washing machine available. Comfortable beds, full equipped bathrooms, and lots of space for storage. Everything was perfect. The apartment is also stylishly decorated, full of beautiful details you'd like to have in your own house. It looks exactly like in the pictures. It's also very easy to find and the access instructions provided by Ramon made our arrival and settling in so easy! Coyoacán Square is less than 10 minutes away, the area is full of restaurants and shops, so anything you need is in a walking distance. We would definitely come back to Ramon's apartment!

Gina’s place is stylish and full of personality. It was so much fun exploring the space, and the terrace was lovely. The whole space was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved the location, on a quiet street but close to lots of shops and restaurants. Gina was very helpful and responsive too. A great stay!

We had a couple of mishaps in our stay and even if Vicenzo was always friendly and friendly which we value a lot. The apartment was spotless, beautiful views, had everything we needed and even more. About the area, it is a central place, however it is not advisable to walk at night walking in its surroundings. Still, we highly recommend Vicenzo as a host.

This is a beautiful apartment in a private close. The living/dining/kitchen are on the first floor, with plenty of room and a big glass wall facing a courtyard full of plants. It's like being in a terrarium, particularly in the evenings. The kitchen is small but more than adequate, and there is a powder room on this floor. It is all very well appointed. The second floor has two good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom. The shower works well and the water gets nice and hot. This is far more rare in Mexico than you'd think! There is also a small office/studio, which is great if you're staying for a while. This floor is full of light from the skylight and the wall of windows. We stayed for 5 weeks, and we enjoyed them all. The roof terrace is loaded with plants, has a few nice chairs and a platform, as well as the laundry. It is a great spot to get some sun or just read and relax. Sussana is helpful and very responsive. Overall: A+

Overall it was a great stay, lovely furnished unit and beautiful terrace. Just one little problem, the surrounding area is a bit noisy during midnight, there are a lot of truck driving by. But the host also provides the ear plug, so anyway, if I have any chance, I will come back.

This apartment is just as described. It also was very safe with a guarded front door. The people in the building were all very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Ample amount of hot water for showers. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned couch but is very clean and spacious.

A very well located place, you have everything nearby, transport, shops etc. Clean, cozy, comfortable beds.

We loved it! We felt at home away from home. Everything worked well, nice shower, very comfortable linens, different areas to hang around the house, good location with everything you could possible need very close. We definitely recommend Cristobal’s place, he was very responsive and so nice! We will come back!

Perfect Family Stay in CDMX! We recently spent a couple of weeks at this wonderful Airbnb in Mexico City, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The location was unbeatable, with a plethora of excellent restaurants nearby and a vibrant neighborhood to explore. The property itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our family, including our little one. The host's communication was top-notch, making us feel welcome and well-informed throughout our stay. Safety was never a concern, and we felt at ease at all times. Overall, this Airbnb is a gem for families traveling with babies, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Mexico City!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The airbnb is absolutely stunning and looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and we were very comfortable. The neighborhood was in the best location as with a ton of shops and restaurants for us to explore. Our hosts were also super responsive and helpful. Gerardo and his team were very responsive when we had questions - talking minutes to respond. The place was perfect for us - 2 children and 3 adults. It had everything we needed and more. The security at the building was outstanding and we had no issues getting in and out of the building - no matter the time. The pool and amenities were more beautiful than the pictures could convey. The view at night was so beautiful. We have stayed at a number of places in Mexico City and this is by far our favorite for everything I noted above and the location. Thank you for hosting us!
