House in the La Peña area, built on two levels. On the ground floor are the 3 carpeted bedrooms all with bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a bar with bar, dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen by means of a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an open terrace with built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Rock. It has a small pool and parking for 3 cars.
