Nice place to stay, very clean and VERY well located (really 2 min. from the beach). Air conditionning, kitchen, everything good.

This beachfront location is an absolute gem for the price point. The room exceeded my expectations - it was surprisingly spacious with a large window that flooded the space with natural light and made it feel even more open. All standard amenities were provided, and you truly can't beat stepping right onto the beach. A great value for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

My husband and I just got married and we were able to check out this wonderful restaurant on Valentine’s Day just around the corner SAL Marina, it was delicious. We also had another day for takeout. Such a great find beautiful beach. The kitchen was a great space to cook in. We made herself breakfast every morning felt right at home!

Isaac’s place was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. There were some minor issues that came up during our stay, but Isaac was very responsive and worked to resolve everything quickly. A nice place to stay if you are looking to get away from the crowds of Punta Cana. The beach was lovely!

I WANTED TO EXTEND What a pleasant surprise!! I was somewhat familiar with the area, but was closer to one of the original restaurants I first experienced red snapper in the Playa Juan Dolio area. Several restaurants, bars and stores within 5-7 minute walk….area looks questionable, but never had any concerns. Isabel was very responsive and accommodating. I had issues with the tv and balcony ceiling fan and storm shutters. Isabel showed up the next day with a team of technicians and resolved the problem. Her personal attention was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Isabel!!

Clean and organized, very nice!

Jerry is responsive and very helpful. His condo at the Marbella is clean, cozy with an amazing view. The gated community is beautiful, safe with plenty of amenities for the whole family. I stayed for a month and would definitely come back to stay again!

It was a home away from home. I spent a month and i almost forgot my home. I recommend staying at this place when you are in San Pedro.

Beautiful place great host, and very helpful. Clean place, everything ready, and working. Appliances, ☕️ and tea on the house. Many things to do near by , and five star resorts in the area. Many beach front restaurants and businesses.

Space located near the beach and Avenue, inexpensive, meets what was requested offered.

Excellent space and place, central, everything close, colmados you can solve anything fast, a bakery in front, empanadas stand! As for the place, comfortable bed, everything clean and tidy, bottles of water included, coffee and sugar! Would come back without thinking

Excellent👌, if I ever go back to Boca Chica, I would go back to this stay. The cleanliness was spotless, it had a good aroma, everything was close(mainly the beach), Giuseppe was always in the looby and gave us recommendations, the place was very quiet. The water at the time of showering was not hot and the light from the corridors was blue(which made me a little scared at first)😂but the room was nice and very quiet, a good place to rest👌. If you come to stay here maybe you could find small insignificant details, but if you take into account the price it is 100% worth it. It also has a small pool, in case it rains and you can't go to the beach👌

Giuseppe’s place is just a block from the beach and a short stroll to all the restaurants. The place was very clean. I only needed a place for one night and it was perfect
