Holiday rentals with a patio in San Pascual, Ciudad Lineal

Cristina was great host, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and olives. She provided reccomendations about the neighborhood. The apartement was clean with everthing we needed for the stay.

The accommodation is small but enough for what we were looking for. Clean and tidy. Quiet area and very easy to park. Maria Elena has been very kind and has been very attentive, in addition, we spoke to her and allowed us to enter and exit flexible.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida's Airbnb. From the first communication to our day of departure, she was helpful, kind and responsive. She gave us great recommendations (Sanchez Romero is the grocery spot for the foodies out there!) as well as area restaurants (we loved El Urogallo and Urrechu). And the home itself is a gem! While it is attached to the host's main house, it is extremely private, quiet, spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. We loved the gourmet kitchen and cooked without missing a thing. And the garden was perfect for morning yoga and enjoying a glass of wine. The area of Pozuela de Alcarón is scenic - high end, residential and walkable. It is near Casa de Campo, a stunning park where we spent a sunny afternoon. The residence is only about 20 minutes outside of Madrid so we were able to drive in and out with ease almost daily. This home presents the best of both worlds. Highly recommend, and hope to stay again on our next visit!

The place was perfect, very good location, with all the amenities. We are traveling around 4 countries and this has been one of the few that has everything we need to feel at home. What made the stay more special was the care Marta had with us. She made sure we were comfortable and was immediate in answering a question I had. I would definitely come back to this Airbnb next time I come to Madrid.

This house really felt like home: very spacious, tidy clean and stylish. I stayed for 3 nights with my cousin. The location is perfect for those who like quiet nights. Ideal for those who love walking as it is close to a beautiful park and not too far from touristic attraction (50-minute walk). You may also take the metro which is 6 stops away from the centre. Barbara pays great attention to details. For a tea fanatic like me, who travel around with all her tea stuff, I had everything to make my cup of tea. If you read Spanish, you will have great books in the shelves around the house: about Banksy's art and Lorca's poem. There's great taste all around the house. The heated floor was the highlight of my stay here. I loved it. Lluvia was proactive in checking with us to ensure everything is going smoothly. Kevin picked up us from the airport and helped us checkin. He sent us loads of recommendations for restaurant and pubs. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We felt comfortable in the apartment, for a short stay it is very good, and although it does not have a kitchen as such to cook, we had everything we needed. We were well connected to all amenities. We were very much facilitated by the check-in and check-out time and very attentive to any help we needed. We would definitely come back in case you need it. The area was quite quiet.

I LOVE Madrid and wanted to experience the city in a fabulous apt with a terrace. I had a vision and boy was it fulfilled!!! I think this one of the best homes I've been to with Airbnb. Marta makes things very easy, and her apartment is decorated with a great taste. Location is amazing! Morning coffee on the private terrace - divine.

There is nothing better like feeling at home. Getting from the work day and being able to rest in Laura's accommodation has been one of the best experiences. It is perfect if you go to IFEMA because it is a few meters away and has a bar in front that opens at 7 for breakfast and closes very early at night, which makes it perfect to have good service and not to suffer discomfort. Also, in accommodation I found complimentary coffee that came to me perfect while attending a few meetings before going to the fair. The area is quiet in a family home residential. I definitely put it in favorites!!

Maria's apartment is very nice and comfortable and was very well prepared for our stay with our dog. I answer questions in minutes. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good pressure. The calefacion works very well. The artistic touch gives it a welcoming and enjoyable character. The location is fantastic a few blocks from the Matadero area, Madrid Rio, and many other attractive places in Madrid. There are many restaurants, bars, pharmacies, food stores, banks, and much more. All this makes Maria's home very nice and convenient, Adrián

Staying at Daniels place was a great experience. He and Laura are very welcoming and the place is well equipped. Daniel is also very helpful I got sick at the end of the stay and he supplied pain killers and helped me a lot to have a smooth departure. All in all very clean super friendly, I can recommend their place 100%!

The apartment has all the facilities for a stay of 5 people. Jose is a very nice person and was attentive at all times. The apartment is in a quiet area near downtown. Everything is perfect
