Holiday rentals with a patio in San Narciso

Very nice clean apartment close to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Rose place is something that we really want for New Year to stay,we are avoiding fireworks sounds and smoke for my son and husband is asthmatic also running away from noise.The room is perfectly clean,host and co-host are also responsive although it's kinda dim on hallway but we had great time staying.

In terms of the place, it was very clean, spotless and smells so good. The place was even much better in person. The kitchen has complete instruments wherein you can cook, and they also have dining set. Bathroom was clean, and provides towels too. The host, Doc Jho, was so kind and patient with our queries . We didn’t really have any problems in our place so we didn’t really reach out to her in our whole 3 night stay which was great, the place had everything that we need. Jho’s place is also pet friendly! Brought 2 cats with me and they didn’t feel much stress on our stay as they felt at home. Definitely will book again on our next visit. Thank you.

This is really a great place to stay if you want a serene and peaceful location. It has convenience store and cafeteria nearby. If you are lucky, you will get to see family of monkeys roaming by. Great place for triathletes if they want a weekend of training.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have rented in Subic -- the greatest, in fact. Host is very helpful and polite. Kitchen is good. Location is perfect. Best if you wanna stay close to the beach.

i love how homey it feels and really same as the description. though the outside facility is kinda old but the room is mewly renovated i guess, and very cozy. Host are very easy to talked to and responded very timely.. overall we enjoyed our 3nights stay and you will really get what you paid for. Thank you for accomodating us Sonny and Rose. We had an enjoyable and memorable stay at the Sangley Nest. The place was clean and spacious. It had a well equipped kitchen. It was always a pleasure staying at Tamara's nests. We'll be coming back again.

Had a great stay with our family last Christmas. The place was peaceful and away from busy resorts. The place was also complete from kitchen utensils to serving dishes to dining sets. There were a lot of amenities to enjoy also e.g. seimming poll, billiards, karaoke, card games, space for beach volleyball. Plus points to the AC in the living room! It was also near the beach but not beachfront. You have to cross the road and walk a few minutes.

We had a great time, there was plenty to do in the house, Basketball, Billiard, the karaoke was great. As others have said the Billiard table is in an awkward position but it’s doable and still playable. We had a good sleep, Mona was always helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

*The place is very peaceful and spacious. *The caretakers are very polite and helpful whenever we need or ask something. * the dogs are friendly, and my kids felt safe roaming around the garden. we love Sisco the dachsund! * we had free wifi/data even if it was not on the listing however, * the wave on this part of the beach is too big/strong for us especially the kids, the boats for island hopping is a bit far that you have to ride a tricycle going there * the hot and cold shower is not working, we tried fixing it and even tell the caretakers but it was not fixed * we experienced brownout one time for about an hour only, due to the weather. overall, still 5 star for us. thank you as we enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying at Erlyn and Jun’s place. It was a beautiful beach house that had several fun extra activities to do and they were extremely responsive. The caretakers we incredibly helpful and we enjoyed our time thoroughly!

We had a group of 10 and between us shared the ground and 2nd floor.Mildy and her helper were great hosts always so responsive and very helpful.We all had a wonderful time and made memories that will last forever.

I felt very secure, and the place was very quiet and peaceful and walkable with no problems whatsoever, I felt comfortable with my Host Carlo!, I will definitely stay here again!

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

the place was great and nice. only issue is malayo yung room from entrance which is fine kaso may senior kami so if may senior kayo heads up lang. hot water was working may utensils and kitchen equipments narin all you have to do is buy your own ingredients if need mo mag cook. the place has a pool too! until 6pm nag enjoy kami and masaya mag run dito! 1km+ ikot ng block and katabi nya lang yung boardwalk so if gusto nyo mag run or morning walk dun super accessible. thank you Walter we had a great stay!

Walter's place is our go-to destination whenever our family celebrates New Year's Eve. It is the perfect spot to watch the fireworks display. The unit is fully equipped with all the appliances and furniture you'll need during your stay. The price is also affordable. I can confidently say this is a great find and highly recommend it.

We stay at Walter’s place for 3 nights and 4 days, his place are very close to ayala mall and sm, his pad are clean as well as the towels and linens are all smell fresh. We are 4 adult and 1 child and his 2 bedroom are very much well enough for us. The whole pad are with a/c, its just the air-con in the leaving room are not cold enough, I choose his pad because it is close to ocean adventure, zoobic safari and waterpark adventure. Over all stay are still excellent. Thank you and till next time.

We were super impressed with Joseph’s unit. It’s cozy but the space was used intelligently, and everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need. No issues with water pressure. AC gets cold fast. The whole building is quiet and peaceful, and there are even a couple of pine trees when you walk around the area. Joseph is also super responsive to messages. 11/10 would stay again.
