Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Miniato

Stylish place, even better than photos/description. Everything is well maintained, very clean, everything is working. The attentive, responsive, present hosts have met me with every request/need. I had a plumbing issue promptly resolved. I was also able to use the late checkout free of charge on the day of departure. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind during the days of my stay but the cozy house still allowed me to find relaxation and serenity. If you love staying in a well-kept, functional, and stylish home, this is the place for you. Congratulations, I felt at home, pampered, and never abandoned. Magical stay at Paola's. Difficult to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed with us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car from the station and greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious -, difficult to have a better arrival especially after a long trip. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day into the Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't go back from her generosity! She takes care of all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We would highly recommend staying with Paola, the best airbnb host we've had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you were wonderful, and we are already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci!:)

We loved our experience at Eddj’s place! The apartment is located at very convenient location and steps from the train station and minutes walk to the monuments. Eddj was very friendly, communicative and flexible during the check in. He even kept the treats in the kitchen to make sure we are comfortable. The apartment has all the amenities for the comfortable stay. Don’t hesitate to book Eddj’s home when you are visiting this magical place, it’s totally worth it!!!

The apartment is perfect for a short stay. The hospital can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

I stayed there over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The flat seemed very clean and more elegant than in the photos. The small balcony is probably very nice in summer. Hosts are easy to reach. What I didn't like so much were the mosquitoes in the flat. The neighbours could be heard from time to time, but fortunately not at night. Apart from that, I was satisfied.

Loved staying at this lovely and very clean apartment, a nice mix of modern and historic architecture. Many nice places to have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Hosts were friendly, and helpful with cleaning and coffee supplies. I hope to return again and stay longer next time!

Very, very nice place, with all the necessary comforts, you are surrounded by a very welcoming and relaxing environment... located a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and 25 minutes from the old bridge, with the possibility (for those who want to use public transport), to take advantage of the line c1 that has the stop 100 meters from the accommodation. on the same street you can find pastry, pizzeria and restaurants and a paid parking lot is very close. thank you so much for this wonderful vacation, which we will never forget.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. The house is a typical Italian house. Exactly as described. It has a beautiful garden and a chapel. The place is old but very well cared for and very charming. Good shower, well-equipped kitchen. It is away from the center, as we wanted, but with the garage, as we rented by car to get to know some of the Chianti wineries, not too far from there, It was easy to get from there to the center. The hosts were very quick in their responses. The instructions were accurate, We love the pampering! 🙏

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

The FlowTraveling team is genuinely outstanding. Incredibly proactive and helpful! I had all kinds of issues reaching the location from another city due the Italy’s train strike, but the host was very flexible and understanding. The condo itself is as advertised: comfortable, clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the active city areas. It was wonderful!!

This was a great Airbnb all the way around. Plenty of space for a family of three, everything you could need, having a second bathroom was especially nice, and you could not beat the location. Thanks so much David for a great stay!

This is an incredible apartment. You walk in and immediately feel right at home. It really feels like a place you are living in, rather than a touristy Airbnb. The renovated bathroom is beautiful, Ilaria should upload updated pictures! The apartment is right in the center of the city, but it’s on a quieter side street and you don’t hear much noise on the 4th floor. Highly highly recommend!

10/10 experience at Simonas lovely airbnb. The apartment is extremely clean, great location, and Simona was very responsive/helpful. 10 min walk from all the major sights in Florence. The apartment is on a semi busy street so you can hear a bit of noise but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall it felt very private. Very spacious accommodations for two people, but I can see how it would easily fit a family of four. The bed was large, super comfy, and felt so luxurious! Apartment comes equipped with amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Very accurate detailing of check-in with photo descriptions, always appreciated. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and child. Great to have the elevator for luggage and stroller as well. Wonderful location!

The place is exactly the same as shown in the photos, all very clean! Even the moka coffee makers were clean! Well-equipped kitchen. Heater and air conditioning running super well and the washing and drying machine was very useful. Sabrina was super kind all the time, taking our doubts aside and responding quickly. The location is great, it has everything close to everything from restaurants, market, cafeterias to even the sights. We loved the site and would come back for a next chance!

What can I say? If I had to return to beautiful Florence, I would be safe: house not very large but with everything and also suitable for hosting a family with two little ones of 17 months. Responsive owner and immediately ready to listen and provide in case of minor shortcomings! Really satisfied! 5 stars and praises

I was staying one night on this Airbnb with my boyfriend. The two major differentials that made us choose it as the first option to spend the night were the projector above the bed, for watching movies, and the jacuzzi. Both of them worked perfectly, meeting our expectations very well, so we were very satisfied! The hostess served us very well, being helpful and kind, being available at all times and responding quickly to messages, even though it is not necessary to trigger it frequently. The arrival was lovely! Everything is very organized, clean and smelly. There was even room music, rose petals in the bed and the heater making the room warm and cozy. There was coffee, well served, two bottles of water and a minibar with Tuscan wines! In the morning, the neighbors make a little noise, but nothing to get in the way. We love it and we will definitely want to come back! Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very considerate host! Received us with great affection, allowed the early check in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, near the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street of the building, the two nearest. Clean apartment, clean bed linen and all comfortable! It was a great stay! Highly recommend!
