Holiday rentals with lake access in San Mateo County

Andy and his family were awesome. Very helpful and always friendly to assist further. They even came to clean the whole place to make sure we get a nice experience. The location was a bit rough but the stay was very nice. Flatmates were nice and easy to get along. I like the way they separate the racks and fridge storages into different rooms to use and the cutleries were assigned to different rooms also. Highly recommended!

Li was very great while hosting me. Her house has very great views and it looks just like the pictures. The area had very nice weather the time i stayed as well it generally wasn't too hot and had a pretty soothing breeze!

I highly recommend Rui's place! The house is new, clean, spacious, and has everything you could ask for. I shared the space with other renters, and everything is nicely labeled in the kitchen with designated drawers and cabinets per room. My bed was super comfortable and the closet had lots of cubbies where I could unpack my things and feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and residential - I parked my car across from the house, and never worried about it or had to search for parking. The house is walking distance to the grocery store and some quick bite restaurants, and just a short 5 minute drive to Costco, Target, Safeway, etc. Rui was super communicative and friendly, and even left me a small welcome gift. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Allison, she made me feel at home right away and quick to address issues, just couple minor ones. Great view of the bay and San Francisco off in the distance. Her place is fully stocked with many amenities. It is very close to Lake Chabot. The neighborhood is safe, quiet with easy parking. I highly recommend her and her place!

My 3rd time staying at Andy’s place for a long term booking and just as before, it has super fast reliable wifi, fully stocked kitchen, modern amenities, as well as a perfect location not far from BART, grocery stores & restaurants. Andy is easy-going, professional, and super responsive & flexible to any requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and Andy’s place will always be my go-to whenever I’m in the East Bay!

Another great stay at Andy's! Comfortable bed and very private. I worked some days and some nights and knew I had privacy as if I was a long term tenant. If any issues arose, Andy was quick to respond and help.

This place was sooo beautiful felt like home away from home. We even had perfect weather so we could enjoy the sunset outside. I will be back again for sure.

The place itself was very comfortable and inviting. Fernando has a lot of cool items from around the world packed into a very cozy two bedroom apartment. I had my own bathroom and plenty of space in the morning to have already made coffee whatever snacks and food were available and alone time to take in the beautiful waterfront from Fernando's backspace. it felt safe and he even had a parking spot special for guests in the apartment lot. I was in the Bay area to see family during the holidays and I also had to give a speech so Fernando's space was a nice and quiet escape. Totally worth it. And I am super picky about sharing space because of my anxiety. Thank you so much for the hospitality, Fernando!

Lisa was such a friendly welcoming host that we made plans to stay with her on our next visit. She even spent time explaining her remote work when my curiosity got the best of me. She took just the right amount of interest in my adventures, too.
