This house is beautiful inside and out. It’s well kept, spacious, cozy and has everything you’ll ever need. The patios are a great place to get together. The architecture inside is modern and luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice small park next door. Sofia was very attentive and communicative. Highly recommended.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Roberto is a wonderful host, and his place is truly a hidden gem in Lima! He kindly waited for me outside upon arrival and even helped carry my luggage upstairs. He's incredibly friendly and welcoming. The patio is just as described — the sunset and ocean views are absolutely stunning. The house is located in a secure area with guards at the gate, so I felt very safe throughout my stay. The Airbnb has a private entrance, though it shares the main outer door with Roberto's home. I actually really appreciated this setup — it gave me the feeling of living among locals while still having my own independent, undisturbed space. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is that the beach proximity comes with some noise on Sundays — it sounded like beach parties with loud music. Thankfully, it quieted down around 9 PM and remained peaceful and tranquil starting Monday. Despite that minor detail, I highly recommend Roberto’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place, would come back more than once. The only thing that maybe personally I would say can improve is having a more modern TV, but it's personal taste. Communication was good and helpful at all times, recommended

Careful, clean, nice apartment with all the necessary details and accessories to spend a good stay, terrace with table and chairs to be able to be outside. TV with all platforms, comfortable bed and pillows, fan. I recommend it.

The condo had amazing views of the ocean and the sunset. Perfect place to relax and a 15 minute uber ride to Miraflores

Good value for the money.

Just as all the reviews say, everything is wonderful - sensational location, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, very well provisioned. So I’ll how about some thoughtful positives that aren’t often mentioned. Terrific lighting in the bathrooms ✅ Water pressure is outstanding ✅ Loads of coffee pods ✅ A shopping trolley for lugging groceries from the supermarket ✅ Well considered seating in outdoor areas ✅ Plenty of equipment for cleaning or tidying along the way and washing/drying is well supplied ✅ Wifi is crazy fast ✅ We didn’t have a chance to use their friend/driver, Carlos but it’s great to know he’s an option. Julio and Maria Luisa are terrific hosts - very responsive and generous with their recommendations. They know what travellers want. I'm only disappointed that they're booked out when we return to Lima at the end of our stay in Peru. If you find a vacancy, jump on it!

Yuly, our host, was exceptional in delivering a wonderfu Perú experience from the time we first discussed our travel plans throughout every step of the way. We traveled as a family, including two teenagers. We had enough space including rooms, bedrooms and even two (2) balconies overlooking the ocean. The kitchen and laundry allowed us to simply make the most of our trip without overpacking. Yuly even had beach chairs. We literally felt at home during our entire stay of 11 days. We enjoyed delicious food, warm people and found our neighborhood walkable, going out for simple breakfast and fresh-squeezed juices. It's also convenient to many of the things that you might wish to explore. (e.g., museums, downtown, parks, etc.) From day one, Yuly had her lady welcome us and gave us a tour of the unit as well as the other amenities that include a wonderful swimmg pool, ping pong and billiards and great rooftop sunsets. The neighborhood is safe we enjoyed our time in Yuly's Air BnB.

I had an incredible stay at this BnB! The front desk staff was embracing and supportive from my arrival to departure, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wide patio doors opened to a beautiful park view, letting in fresh air and the city’s energy. While the street noise took some adjusting, I grew to love waking up to Lima’s rhythm—morning traffic, yoga, Muay Thai, and the vibrancy of daily life. Thoughtful touches, like the aji pepper book, added cultural charm, and the kitchen and ample storage made it feel like home. The location is perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, making it easy to explore both by foot or quick Uber access. Whether from the patio, couch, or bed, this space offered comfort, culture, and connection to the city. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again! Hey, I can't say enough, I booked the apartment on the Airbnb platform for the first time, the result is that the water leak needs to be compensated, the mood at the end of 2024 is not very good, I'm not in the mood to play in Peru, come back early.

An immaculate apartment with a fantastic host... possibly one of the greatest air bnb's in all of Lima. It is incredibly spacious, with incredible views, and a true sense of interior design. Our Host Tere was always very responsive, even with somewhat trivial questions and problems, very professional and endearing. If you are a family or a group I 100% recommend it. It's literally on the edge of LarcoMar. 10/10
