A quick weekend d away, and this quaint cottage was perfect. The location is prime. The best part of the place is the deck and outdoor space. You could enjoy a cloudy/rainy day under the covered deck. Great hostess.

I have to say we have a few hiccups on our end and Alex and his wife were so understanding and respectful and just overall probably the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I would say the photos do the back area no justice. It’s so peaceful and serene and privacy like no other. I recommend anyone who likes comfort and peace over everything else to stay here. The beds were so comfy and the layout is perfect. I’ve lived in Jacksonville my entire life and never knew this area had such privacy and space. I would stay here hands down over anywhere we had to stay while we were having our home worked on. They were flexible and just amazing people.

Had a wonderful stay here. Loved the layout. My friend worked out of one bedroom and didn't disturb me as bedrooms are separated by bathrooms. Loved having 2 full bathrooms. Neighborhood very walkable with my dog. Felt totally safe.

Geoffrey & Kat were great hosts who communicated very well, were super responsive, genuine, kind and helpful. Their place was cozy, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and my dogs absolutely loved the backyard! Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

this listing undersells the spot bougie coffee shop a 3 minute walk away neighborhood is very walkable with your pups. I met a few neighbors with their pups as I walked mine. very close to fun activities. if I were staying for a longer period I'd chose to stay here. we were just doing an overnight, but I would stay for a vacation!

Very Clean and Spacious! Awesome backyard for family activities, the pool and lighting are beautiful at night. The home is modern and updated. Plenty of parking and the soaking tub was my favorite!

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Nice safe area and I would love to come back during warmer weather. Conveniently located.

Beautiful home. Great for two families. We had a great time. Heated pool was very nice. Great size. Fun games and activities in the home. Overall great place to stay and close to everything.

Jenny’s place was clean and comfortable. She gave us a heads up on a few minor issues that had gone out before we arrived. It did not have any effect on our stay. The house worked well for us as our son lives near by. It is very convenient to Mayo and not too far from the beach. We had a great stay! Thanks!!

James's house was a great place to stay, we were lucky that it was available for the time we needed it. James communicated right from the start and was there with anything we needed.....which was nothing...... the place was perfect. We will defiantly book this place again when we return to Jacksonville Florida.

My stay was great! It was a great location would love to come back My dog loved the backyard . James and Ashlie were very responsive anytime I messaged them.

Lipsy was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to all our questions prior to booking. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shops. It was clean and well maintained. Had plenty of yard for our two dogs. Will be back on our next trip to Jax.

Gregory is awesome. We had an issue with a bed frame and he drove 2.5 hours to take care of it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee and great conversation with him while he was there

Felt like place was brand new -kitchen/eating area top notch- new appliances and well stocked-beds/mattresses were wonderful to sleep on- great location a few minutes walk to the beach- highly recommend if staying in Jacksonville Beach!

It is an excellent location for GoRuck events. My wife and I visited Jax Beach to attend some GoRuck events. HQ is .5 miles from the cottage. The location is ideal for everything else—the grocery store, beach, restaurants, and breweries are all very close. We enjoyed using the bikes to cruise around. It is very quiet, even though it is on a slightly busy street. The park across the street has a playground, pickleball, and basketball courts.

Great place! Nice fenced yard for pets and we so appreciated that David allows dogs! I hope everyone keeps his place clean like they found it so he keeps on letting people stay that have dogs. Would definitely stay here again! Also, was very fast at responding to any questions.
