great Host and Neighborhood need to extend for an extra week due to job taking longer then expected host was very accommodating

Eryka is the most MOTIVATED host I have encountered. She appeared immediately when needed and treated every request I made seriously, including running to the hardware store to pick up an item. She was never irritated. She is a “can do” sort of person, in your corner all the way, on the go for her enterprise and her guests. She is detail oriented but not nosy. The unit had everything I needed for work and comfort. You will receive her kind attention and assistance for your stay in Santa Maria.

The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the pool jacuzzi and of course the beach. Loved being able to open the slider and hear the ocean waves. It was within walking distance to downtown pier, which made it nice so we didn’t have to drive around to get away. Nice amenities and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was cozy! I would rent this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Valentina. The home was great and the 4 of us had a wonderful time relaxing with the coastal breeze, a blanket and a fireplace as we played games and started a good book to ring in the new year! Easy walking conditions to get to the main area of downtown pismo. We look forward to a future stay!

This Airbnb has a great location! We were just a 2 minute walk to the beach itself. There are also lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

Very nice condo in Avila Beach. Super quiet area but still near everything. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. Just as pictured.

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!

This home was amazing as we knew it would be! This was our third stay at one of Terri’s beautiful vacation getaways and so we knew it would be clean, have every amenity and just so impressive and comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, just everything. Very appreciative after staying at some Airbnb’s and having to buy extra while staying. We were unable to use the nice furnishings on the deck due to rainy weather but the fireplace in the living room made up for it! I asked the family members if this was a do again and was told a definite yes! P.S. a bag of ice in the freezer as a backup although not needed with the ice maker was just an extra caring touch.

Gina’s place was perfect, and it’s in a nice, safe location. The coffee in the morning was lovely. Gina is very pleasant to talk with, and she has an adorable, sweet little dog named Jax.

We had a great time in this lovely spacious home...everything was spotless and comfortable, charming and modern. In keeping with other reviews, we would mention that the general area is strictly controlled regarding parking. The unit itself has completely adequate space for two average sized cars, actually inside the garage, but oversized vehicles should be prepared to find parking across the street from the property. Turn around space is tight and strict rules are enforced. The short, steep walk to the beautiful, expansive beach front brings access to several shops and a mini mart convenient for a quart of milk or some other essential, but access to full service grocery shopping is not within walking distance. Several family friendly restaurants offer diverse menus and beverages at all hours. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming and outside every window there are stately trees providing a sense of isolation and privacy.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious, very clean, wonderful views. Quality furniture, comfortable beds. Would stay again if in the area. Well worth the short drive up from town.

This home is amazing. Comfortable clean and close to everything. Great communication with the hosts. The house was super clean and had beach vibes with the decor. We loved it and will be back!!!

This place was convenient close to the main roads, shopping and restaurants. Clean and the price was fair. Host replied to questions within minutes. Will recommend to others.
