⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at this Airbnb, the location was convenient, and the host was responsive to my messages. However, the state of the cookware and furniture was disappointing. The cookware was worn out, with flaking non-stick coatings. Furthermore, the sofa was stained and dirty, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. While the host provided clean linens and towels, the overall cleanliness of the space could be improved. Despite these issues, the host was friendly and accommodating.

I felt homey the moment I entered the unit. It smells good too. What I really loved is you can sight see the city lights and the view of the sky you can see through the window, It was so amazing. The only slight problem I had was its distance to MOA (not walkable), but overall, the unit was good and I will definitely book next time.

Dan showed care and concern for us when we encountered a few issues with our extended stay, more from the AirBnB side. However, the matter was quickly resolved and we settled in without any issues throughout our stay. The unit is centrally located and therefore accessible to the many places we visited in Metro Manila. Also, it is accessible to the NAIA, the MRT and the ferry, which is close by and free! The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming on the two Sundays we visited the local church. It was like being in the comfort of one's community, with warm, loving, and respectful people. The staff at Novotel Residences, the people in the neighborhood, and the Grab drivers who drove us to our destinations--they all made us feel at home. We stayed almost a month and we didn't want it to end. Our stay was that good. Thank you, Dan, for your hospitality and for creating a memorable experience for us!

I loved the beach vibes theme of our unit (0445) spotless clean and homey and super bango. I loved the pool view it distresses me. Our Host is accommodating she's just a text away. I had a wonderful 5D stay coz the wifi was fast I don't have a problem talking to my clients while doing business online. And food was everywhere it was just a walking distance outside the exit door. U have so many choices from beryani, lechon kawali to tusok2 food. Actually shore 2 tower 2 is my fave place when I am in Manila. Near MOA and Double Dragon where I can eat my spicy malatang and have a quick visit to my husband's office. I loved to booked 0445 again in the near future.

It was really amazing being in this place, is very well located near of so many places of interest, the cleanliness of the places is a perk. The building facilities make way much better your stay. We did stay 1 month in this place and we really felt and treated like home. The view is amazing. The host is always available, accurate, and caring. Im really short words on regards of mg experience here. We will return DEFINITELY!! It is a perfect place for long staying. The bed is comfortable and clean.
