Beautiful and comfortable apartment, as in the photos, quiet area. The host sent the instructions in advance and all the information was given upon arrival.

Very well located on Chipipe beach, everything in order in the apartment everything clean, full kitchen utensils including coffee maker, you can access the jacuzzi pools Turkish baths etc. Diego always willing to help us. Good service 🙂 we leave happy.

Awesome place!

Great view from the sea !!! It featured amenities such as pools, sauna, Turkish, games, and everything within walking distance of the beach. We pass it very nice in new year watching the fireworks. Manuel is always friendly and attentive to our concerns.

The apartment is quite new equipped with all the basics one needs for cooking and resting. The building has won architectural awards and the staff who manage it are superb— the infinity pool with its full sea view, jacuzzi etc. went far beyond expectations. Thanks to Fernando Xavier for sensitive and prompt hosting initiatives . His reputation as a super-host is well deserved.

Our beautiful Ecuador is a Country to tour the whole!!; however, with the insecurity prevailing in almost all of the Country it is difficult to make the decision to go for a walk, rest or vacation; and what we do? stay locked in the house to wait for the security to improve?; I prefer to take certain risks and look for beautiful places that guarantee me and my family; that is the case of this beautiful tennis club; perimeter closure with guards 24 hours also being able to enjoy all the comforts of the club ( included in the rental) and a wonderful house in its distribution, space and super good taste in its furniture; the perfect place to be able to enjoy without worry and with a host that surely AIRBNB will soon partner directly because it puts very high the 5 stars that is a very popular platform. Highly recommended to spend the best vacation of your life in the wonderful Salinas and its charming beaches.

A 100% safe airbnb with all the comforts to feel comfortable and rest, the house has technology, bathrooms in all bedrooms, private beach, has a social area. In the apartment you find even items for personal use such as shampoo, soaps etc service that normally only offers a hotel. The house is super spacious so you can go with peace of mind a large group, The host responds at all times and is flexible with the schedules if you request it in advance. 10/10 ⭐️

The airbnb was perfect for spending the end of the year, private caretaker with exit to the sea, everything very quiet, swimming pool, a bar where there were cocktails and ceviches, I would definitely come back
