House holiday rentals in San Leone

Really enjoyed having a private pool with lots of area to relax with friends. Having the view of mountains from the terrace and pool area was a massive plus. We had a a bit of problem with the house but the owner quickly arranged something to fix the issue which is a sign that you don’t have to be stressed out with the owner even when something happens.

We had a great stay with Lorenzo and Fransesca. Super nice welcoming hosts in a little private house on the property with an amazing view. We were spoiled with the owners wine and olive oil from their own production. Pool area was super nice and calm. Our place was well furnished with good cooking pans, furniture, nice plates etc…decorated with taste. Host always ready to help with any question. We felt very welcome. A place that we highly recommend if you look for peace and quiet in a beautiful environment.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

We spent here a lovely month. Everything was perfect, Andrea was very helpful, the apartment is just less than minute walk to the beach, awesome wiev with the sea and palm trees 😍😍 nice balcony where the sun is shining almost the whole day. At the place, you can use wash machine ( with an additional fee) which was great as we didn’t know about it before coming. We stayed there in December so it was very calm. Really recommend this place! I wish we could come back here next year.

What a beautiful place: our part of the house is clean and convenient, well insulated from the rest of the house. The swimming pool is just splendid, the garden is very clean and wooded. Antonio takes care of his home and his hosts. Recommended this place. We had a great stay. Well located for visiting temples and Agrigento, San Leon, Torre Salsa, Scala dei Turchi.... you still need a vehicle.

Fantastic location immersed in tranquility and greenery. Very well-kept and well-equipped common spaces. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Great starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Alberto and the family are extremely welcoming. The swimming pool is the real must. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s modern, well-equipped house in Cattolica Eraclea. The fast internet and top-notch amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The location is very remote, offering stunning views over the valley to the sea – perfect for sunsets. However, if you depend on restaurants, be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to the nearest village with one bakery ("Caffetteria Relax" - great cannoli) and two pizzerias (Pizzeria da Nino and Ristorante Pizzeria 'O Bagliu), both with irregular hours. The next larger town, Montallegro (22 mins away), has great dining options like Pizzeria Ninniria, La Preferita Pizza e Cucina, and my favorite: Ristorante e Pizzeria Angiò. Note: The roads have no street lighting and the last stretch to the house is full of potholes—drive slowly, especially at night, to avoid damaging tires/rims and to watch for free-roaming animals. An unforgettable experience for those seeking tranquility and adventure!

This was a beautiful Oasis on the southern coast of Sicily. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcello. he was extremely helpful and the property is very well stocked. This is a very special place that is serene and peaceful. We used it as our base of operations to visit various archaeological sites in the area and we're very happy to be able to return back here in listen to the ocean from the veranda. I will definitely return to this property if I am visiting southern Sicilia again.

Paolo and Marilū were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and caring. I felt safe as a solo traveler knowing they were a text message away for anything I may need. Beautiful people with a beautiful family!

The beach was beautiful…crystal clear water and a shallow shoreline. We really felt like we were in paradise. The house is located up on the hill (clay) very quiet and peaceful. There is one bar at the beach for drinks/coffee/chips/ice cream….happy hour in the late pm. The house was cozy, a little smaller than what we expected. It’s like living on a sailboat that was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and kind, they live in the attached house. One important note that is not clear in the description is that kitchen and loft bedroom are up on the first floor. The doors that you see on the ground floor next to the outdoor patio is the kitchen of the owners. Keep in mind that there are stairs up to the kitchen/seating area/bathroom and additional stairs up to the loft bedroom. The a/c and fan helped keep the loft cool. If you dine outdoors you have to go up/down the exterior stairs. The kitchen had all the essentials also a table and foldable chairs. The beach 😍

Quiet house 10 min from agrigente with a very nice view of the surrounding countryside. We were very well hosted by Francesca, always available, flexible and friendly. Quite old but offering everything we needed. 2 shaded parking spaces. Easy access (car required). We recommend it.

Perfectly located for visiting the Temples Valley and the Turchi Scala! Very nice terrace for summer evenings!

Luca’s place was absolutely perfect as a quiet retreat to unwind in after days spent on the beautiful beaches nearby. Exactly what we needed!

This apartment is great. The bathroom is new, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is ok for a small meal. There is air conditioning and a parking place in front of it. Very easy to communicate and get access. We also saw the temples on the way. To be recommended.

Very comfortable and clean place, matches the photos. It’s across three levels, with living and kitchen on ground floor and two bedrooms bathrooms on first and second floor. Lots of space to hide from the kids.

The host and her family were very supportive and gave me the best way to enjoy the journey. The house is absolutely great! You will see their hospitality with their cleanliness and tidiness right after stepping into the house. The area is safe and quiet even though it is near a high street. I stayed for 5 days and did not feel any stress at all. With a nice shower, good enough space for Yoga, a comfortable bed, clean kitchen, and stable wi-fi, I just felt at home. I will definitely come back to Rita's home for the next holiday. Strongly recommend hers as a stress-free holiday house.

Great experience. Beautiful, clean, well-kept and fully equipped house. Magnificent location 200 real meters from the beautiful beach of Poliscia, reachable on a quiet but steep street. Beautiful view from the garden overlooking the coast. It is necessary to have a car to get to the country and shops. Estelle is very nice and approachable. We moved the arrival time for an unexpected circumstance and was ready to find a solution. I hope to be back.

We had a great stay at Edoardo's place. Very easy self check in and the place was as in photos. Lovely terrace and so peaceful. Loved the sounds of the waves and the beach was also nice and quiet.

Perfect location for walking to the beach. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a plus. Loved it!
