Given that we booked and the next day we were at the property practically Piergiuseppe is a friendly and very friendly person, kind and caring. Ready to answer questions of various kinds about the surroundings, the place is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is a season of insects looking for heat and something can escape any espresso machine. On the other hand, a moka is not present in the fireplace because they had to remove it. We had a very good time if we have the opportunity, maybe we will come back in a more appropriate season. We also wanted to thank Piergiuseppe for all the exquisite carineries, which he brought us every morning. Great location for those who have pets without any discrimination thanks Piergiuseppe. We hope to see you again soon.

I have been to Italy several times, visited a number of cites, this was my first time in Bologna. The place is amazing - very conveniently located next to the Piazza Maggiore, within walking distance of all of the highlights of the city. The place itself was very welcoming and clean with all of the amenities provided, with care provided for even the smallest details (e.g., water, snacks). The host Fiorella was wonderful from the booking to check out. I never met her, but she seems to be a genuinely thoughtful person at heart and was always responsive. I very much enjoyed my visit to Bologna (albiet brief) with many thanks to Fiorella and the temporary home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

A great place to call home for my few weeks based in Bologna. Everything walking distance and the apartment is super cute.

Lovely and quirky apartment, cozy though spacious. At walking distance form the centre but in a more private and quiet street. And the flexible check-in was perfect as our flight arrived quite late at night. Highly recommended!

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Perfect! The accommodation is very pleasant, in a quiet area. We were there with our 1 year old son and it was ideal. Everything is within walking distance, without being in the center either. Mirko is an extremely welcoming, responsive, and very flexible host. We recommend the place. You can go there with confidence!

Above all, I would 100% go back to Valeria's apartment!!! Very well located, close to everything (places to know, downtown, supermarket nearby, very well equipped!) Valeria is always attentive and responds quickly to any questions. Walking to the train with the suitcases was not an issue as the road is flat and soft) Under the apartment there is a bar but the noise ends early and you can sleep quietly . Renovated and impeccable bathroom and kitchen. Everything is the same as in the pictures! Thank you Valeria!!!

Aldo is a very generous and accommodating host! Full of suggestions and recommendations and his place is a nice short walk from the center of town! Would stay again.

Gianluca's cabin is very beautiful! it is in an area of vineyards on the outskirts of Faenza, the view is amazing and he was very attentive to us. Super recommended!

Apartment as described, stocked with all the essentials. Convenient area to visit the historic center as well as very close to all the basic services. Josefina was immediately very kind to meet our needs. We had a great stay.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

We loved staying at “Mum’s House”. It is spacious, comfortable and well situated to explore Bologna. Ms. Franca was very attentive and knows the city extremely well. As such, she is a wealth of information. Our car was secure in the driveway the entire without incident. We would not hesitate to stay there again should we return to Bologna.

Enjoyed the traditional apartment with high ceilings and wood floors. Bathtub helpful for the children. Felt safe and at home. Overall the space was good for 3 children/ 4 adults, and very close to supermarkets. Italy doesn't allow heat until later in October and we were unprepared for being chilled (66 F indoors). After some back and forth, Antonio raised the heat for a night. He's a steady communicator; he helped with restaurant suggestions and accommodated our departure needs. Grateful for our stay.
