Villa holiday rentals in San Kamphaeng District

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

Best for family, friends. Clean, cozy, full of kitchenware. Amazing breakfast. Very good hospitality!

My friend and I were extremely happy with our stay at Phi Private Villa. Napat was so attentive and friendly. She helped us book various tours ahead of time and gave us great recommendations of local restaurants. She and her staff were so welcoming and kind. The daily breakfast was incredible and having laundry done while we were sight seeing was such a huge help. The rooms and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The sounds of birds serenade you to sleep. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Napat for such a wonderful stay!

Kim and Lucy (local host) were great communicators, the place is a little paradise in the city, the setting (vegetation, pond, and spaces to lounge) was just what we needed. Lucy was super knowledgeable, helpful, she even arranged massages at the property, and brought us local chocolate to try (delicious) and to introduce us to all the wonderful things one can find in Chiangmai. Great family holiday spot.

The place is soooooo good

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Great experience, the amenities in the room are perfect, the kitchen utensils are more complete, it is the most perfect house we have stayed in during this trip, from check-in to check-out, every detail makes me feel thoughtful and comfortable, the host sister also took us to the bazaar in the village, gave us a lot of useful travel advice, I will definitely choose this homestay again!

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

Amy is a very helpful and responsive host. We did appreciate staying with the premises decorated with a lot of wood.

Anny was an incredible host, the place was tranquil and beautiful surrounded by rice fields and peace and quiet. We had a great time there and would absolutely recommend!
