Holiday rentals with a pool in San Juan Capistrano

Eric was great and went over the top to make our stay magical for our family. He went out and purchased a cake and favorite drinks for our family before we arrived for a surprise. Responded immediately to questions about pool and hot tub. Everything was smooth and great. He even had more beds and cots than what we thought so the kids had their own beds at night.

This is a great home in a very quiet relaxed neighborhood. Could easily accommodate 10 people without being on top of one another. Good local access to restaurants, very walkable neighborhood, super clean and nice. Some of the most comfortable beds we slept in.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

We had such an incredible stay at this property. It has such a homey feel which we really appreciated!! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Also the neighbourhood/area was extremely peaceful with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again😁

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

What a beautiful home. In a beautiful neighborhood. Few small things here and there but nothing huge or a big deal. We loved the easy process of checking in and checking out. Kyle and Maribel were also very quick to response to all my questions and needs. We love the pool, even though it can’t be heated, we still made the best of it in the month of December lol. We got to BBQ and hangout with family. What a peaceful location. It was absolutely perfect, especially coming into town for a funeral. The kitchen was spacious and so was the living room. I loved the reclining sofas. It was perfect! The bathrooms can use some upgrades. The mattress were comfortable. The garage and parking spaces were roomy. We loved our stay. Thank you so much again Kyle and Maribel. We will definitely be booking again if we’re ever in town.

The place was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for our group trip to Anaheim. But the real treat was dealing with Carmen. So nice, friendly and communicative. She went out of her way to make sure we were set up and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about her.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

Overall this beautiful space was LOVELY. Nick had amazing instructions that were easy to read and understand. He was extremely accommodating. I would book here again! It is incredibly close to the beach and local places. Thanks you guys!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the pictures are accurate. The host was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

This was our third Christmas stay at Abraham’s and we’ve always appreciated our stay. The unit has everything you’d need for meal prep. Layout of two bedrooms with door separating main living area is so nice to keep quiet for little ones early bedtimes. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Extremely easy to walk everywhere in Oceanside. Condo complex is beautiful inside and feels very private despite size. Pool and hot tub are pluses! Love, love, love Oceanside. Low key beach town. Places we’d reco: Mostly EBikes for rentals; Zigzag pizza; Oceanside night market; crossaints at Petit Madeline’s; Parlor Donuts; The Fish Shop (Encinitas). Highly recommend!

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

The Rancho Cottage was perfect for our week long stay a family of four with an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Chantal was an amazing host and even made coloring books for our boys - one of just many thoughtful, special details. The pool area is stunning and was such a nice relaxing retreat, especially given the August heat in LA. The hot tub was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed each night. For anyone else with kids considering a stay, highly recommend Kidspace Museum in Pasadena, the Natural History Museum, and of course, Disneyland. All three were huge hits with our kids. Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful and kind host, Chantal! We loved meeting you and your pup, Theo and hope to be back!

This place is simply stunning! From the time you enter the home, you will know exactly what I mean. The views are amazing. The home is beautiful. The space is wonderful. My group of 7 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, sitting areas around the pool. The kitchen had every amenity needed to cook and dine. The home was spotless, smelled so good, and had thoughtful amenities (extra towels, extra blankets/pillows, Rainbath shower gel and nice shampoo/conditioner, washroom necessities. The location is about 45 mins from San Diego proper, but we did not mind it at all. You are able to escape the city life and come home to a haven. We lived like celebrities for the weekend and loved it! We even picked fresh lemons off a tree to add to our diet cokes. Instructions on everything you would want to know are provided; excellent communication with the rental staff. Very safe and quiet area; gated community. Worth every penny you pay; go for it!

We really enjoyed the house. It was spacious enough to accommodate 2 families for the week. The game room and outdoor swimming pool were a hit with the kids. It was a great place to stay during our trip to Disneyland where we enjoyed down time at home, yet the kids were still able to have fun with all the amenities the house included.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s beautiful and charming home! The place was very clean, and everything in the kitchen was easy to find and use. As a family traveling with 3 young children (including a 10-month-old), we were delighted to find all the accommodations we needed, including a high chair and pack ’n play. Our hosts, Josh and Emmie, were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with heating the pool, Josh and Emmie were quick to respond and offer assistance. While it was disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool as expected, their attentiveness was much appreciated. The location of the home is fantastic – close to Downtown LA, Koreatown, the Row, and Griffith Park. We also loved exploring the great cafes and restaurants in nearby Silver Lake. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this home to other travelers. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
