A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and instructed in the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is missing. Best is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed at breakfast every morning. Almeria is not the most beautiful city, but if you want to vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia contacted us several times and asked if everyone was okay and if we might need anything else. We found this very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall a highly recommended accommodation where we felt very comfortable.

very cozy house,nice views to see the sea and sunset,María Angeles was very attentive and recommended where to eat and places to visit,the only one sticks the entrance to the garage that is narrow and as you enter or go out the bass,by the grooves on the sidewalk,it should be fixed. We will definitely repeat and recommend them to friends

We had a great time, the apartment was very well equipped and clean, the patio was a nice and super nice, the communication was great, totally recommended, we will repeat for sure.

The house is very well equipped. It has everything you need and there is air conditioning and stoves in every room. It also has a fireplace and outdoor barbecue. It has a spacious dining room. In addition, it has an extra toilet in the pool area that was great for us. There is a wall house with a wall but there is intimacy and at no time we had any problems. On the last day Serafina let us leave later from the house. It was a very good stay, thank you Serafina!!

Modern, aesthetic and cozy accommodation. The host's attention is 10. A/C in every room, the beds are not made upon arrival (you are provided with sheets and towels). Lack of privacy with the neighboring apartment (terrace).

Lovely apartment in lovely alley just a few steps from square. Ana was the perfect host - didn’t need to contact her as no problems but bumped into her a couple of times around town.

Outstanding location right on the beach but incredibly close to everything . To wake up so close to the sea was a blessing . There is a little almost private bay to swim but is a little rocky so beach shoes useful Lots of restaurants nearby but recommend Neptunes, Marcello’s, Bocaina. If you have a car venture to Agua Amarga . Not far but pretty village with fantastic sandy beach. Would def rent this villa again it has everything you need and more .

Not enough words to describe our stay. A luxury would be one of them. The home is decorated with an unusual taste, Beautiful. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The common areas a madness!: the terrace, the air bed, the barbecue… the perfect and hospitable kitchen. Perfectly equipped and divine bathrooms. Merche is always pending, and you want to meet her in person. Where you go in the village praise it, for something it will be. We'll be back for sure!

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.

Everything positive, from the place that was beautiful to the host who was really nice to us (Yuri). If there is something to object to, many mosquitoes on the first day (we fix it with spray) and the mattresses and pillows somewhat uncomfortable. The rest, perfect!

We had a great summer vacation in this accommodation, the condominium is very pleasant, the access to the beach on foot is a plus. The nearby restaurant very pleasant with a varied menu.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

Cozy, quiet and highly recommended, our stay in Rincón de los Albaricoques. I went with my partner last minute after a frustrated rental and Mari Carmen had the place ready just a few hours after I booked it. It's a luxury to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the Cabo de Gata countryside, having the beach so close and hosts who make it so easy for you. We hope to be able to repeat the experience again soon.

I've loved staying at this beautiful apartment. It is cosy, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities we needed. It's in a quiet place and also close to the city centre and local bus and train station, for those looking to visit other places around Almería. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Almería! Thank you Araceli, I will definitely be renting this place in the future!

Silvia's apartment was perfect for our trip. Fran met us on our arrival, she was really friendly and showed us around, giving us all the info. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you could need, as well as the little extras that make a huge difference (dishwasher tablets, pods for the coffee machine). It was perfectly located for our visit and the car parking in the basement was great, although there was also plenty of room in the street outside if we needed it. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Retamar or exploring the Cabo de Gata Natural Park (if you have a car).
