Condo holiday rentals in San José Province

We loved the place. Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. We had no issues checking in. The guards were very nice and friendly so we felt very safe. We had an issue with one of the sinks and Iliana took care of it within 20 mimutes. We appreciated her fast response. We were confortable at all times just like home.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The location is very accessible, with a spectacular view from the 18th floor. The kitchen is one of the most equipped we have found, which allowed us to prepare a very complete breakfast. Also, the small supermarket next door made everything even more convenient. The impeccable cleanliness, the beautiful pool and from there we saw an impressive sunset. The bed is super comfortable and the decor very cozy. Check-in was easy and we had flexibility for a late checkout. Overall a good experience with very fluid communication, recommended. 😊

Exactly what you need for a stay close be the city but not down town. Gil is super nice and responsive. He was flexible and helped us out with any issue we had. The apt. is equipped with everything needed and the view is breath taking.

A great stay! We really enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place, the beach is within walking distance and is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful waves for surfing! Small convenience store on the corner and supermarket not far away. Hubert is a great host, we were very well responded throughout our stay and it was a joy to stay in this apartment. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This is my favorite spot when I travel to Costa Rica and I want to be near the airport, if I were to become a host this is the place I would model mine after, they think about everything so you don't have to worry, the fridge is stocked with beer and soft drinks that you can purchase, there are snacks, perfect for those late night arrivals. Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

Noman is great to work with. Most important was bed comfort. It was fairly clean. It is very good value. Good enough, not the Ritz but if you want quiet, clean, order, value, safety, convenience, peace well-equipped, and superb response, highly recommend Norman's place for the cost. It's nice.

Great play for a long stay. The apartment was cleans, spacious and comfortable. Lots to do around, with in walking distance.

The apartment was very nice, it had everything you needed, there was tranquility and the building facilities beautiful. The only thing is that the bathrooms were not very clean, or details like windows (the frame when opening), or mirrors. I think it's not the owner's fault, but the ones in charge for the cleaning then I take the opportunity to let him know. After there the truth was great, I would stay again.

The location has cool rooms. I reserved the cinema room and took advantage of the other rooms that were available. James was helpful with giving me the times available to reserve the other rooms. He also provided me with options for dining.

My stay was outstanding. The place is clean, nice, quiet and peaceful. Will definitely come back.

Delighted with the place

My family loved our stay at the Toucan Condo at Chaman Villas. The condo was great with the two bedrooms and two baths. It allowed my kids to sleep in different beds. The kitchen is great and my kids enjoyed the balcony and looking for monkeys and sloths. We loved being able to swim in the pool (what looks like a hot tub is just a small pool with jets where the water spills into the pool below). A couple of things I would note: 1. The location is near the road and there are motorcycles that go by at all hours. 2. The condo itself requires going down about 15 steps and then back up 15 steps from the main walkway. 3. The unit is very secure with three different locks, from the property gate to the unit lock to the slider door lock. 4. If you want to see monkeys or sloths, the best time seemed to be early am (6am) or late morning (10am). Best viewing is by the pool but can also see from the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Toucan condo and would go back!

It’s not the first time I stayed there. Israel is always very friendly and flexible. It’s recommend it.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

Leonardo’s place is located in a gated community , security stuff is super attentive of your needs. The place has lots of space , and the kitchen is equipped with amenities for you to cook if needed. The place is as described and very convenient to have food delivered if you prefer.
