I stayed 3 nights in ocean smart with my family, and we were very well the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable., It is very nice despite being several years old, the Pool and Jacuzzi. Very maintained The urbanization is very safe since we had to leave the vehicle on the street, because the F150 did not reach the parking lot but we did not have any problems. As for safety. Unfortunately my son went out for a jog and one of the houses in the Urbanization came out a large and aggressive dog who wanted to attack him causing some wounds by trying to dodge him. Check-out is at 11:00 am and we had not noticed that since it is usually at noon however we arrived very quickly and we picked up our things and left so Alexandra was sympathetic to wait for us 30 minutes. Overall, everything was very good.

The house is very comfortable, just as advertised. They responded to all concerns immediately. Totally recommended

Great place to share with family and friends

Juan's apartment is the same as the photographs, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is a great host, he was always attentive. With my family we spend a few incredible days. Surely we'll be back.

The Suite is really nice and clean. Elena is a super Host and helps you with everything she can. She answers quick ond questions and looks that everything is pefect for your stay. I really can recommand it!

Very good service, unfortunately could not be fully enjoyed because of the light cuts, but that falls outside of its possibilities. Recommended100% I would like to come back for longer so I can enjoy the place more. Truly one feels at home and in confidence for all the service that is received.
