We had an amazing stay at Poliane's place - definitely an oasis in the city. The location was a few blocks from two metro stations (and an awesome trail connection to all the city parks) - and right next to BLOCKS of restaurants and shops. This was by far our favorite neighborhood in Santiago - many cool local shops/etc (SO many!). Inside, the apartment was spotless and perfect for a extended stay (for working remotely too). We enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunset/rise - the view was great (from the 2nd bedroom, you can see the Costanera Tower too!). The bathroom has a spacious shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable too. Santiago was such an awesome city to explore by foot (and subway) - super easy to explore. The building was very secure with a helpful concierge. Poliane was an excellent host - always provided assistance when needed. In addition, they had a great personalized website which was a great resource during our stay! Can't wait to return!

The stay was wonderful, the view is magical. Rodrigo was requested the whole time, responds super fast and we felt at home! The best of all is that to go on foot skiing quietly, on the side of the hotels and the building is very welcoming, very polite people, I went with my boyfriend and we want to go back soon :)

I lived in Las Condes for several years, so I know the area well and came well prepared. Apoquindo is nearby, so you can expect some street noise, but it's manageable. The apartment is beautifully designed, and there is almost nothing missing. Both the location and the apartment are highly recommendable!

The location is perfect and super safe, the subway is very close. Communication with Claudia was great. The apartment does not have a very good acoustics, it is on the ground floor, next to the reception, and we hear everything that happens in the hallway... despite this, the apartment meets expectations.

The condo was exactly as advertised, in a good way. The area is safe and peaceful and the condo feels like home. More importantly, Carla was very responsive and helpful to all of our needs.

The most beautiful and comfortable loft we could have chosen in Santiago. It had everything you need to really make it a home on our trip. The hosts communicated with assertive data of both the listing and suggestions for things to do. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Rodrigo’s apartment is comfortable . Well located in a nice condo with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool . The neighbourhood is very green and leafy with lots of trees which gives you the necessary shade needed in Santiago. Rodrigo is very helpful and attentive to all your needs and comments . I will definitely stay there again !

The stay at Ivan's apartment was excellent. Wonderful location, close to restaurants, metro, buses and at the same time very quiet and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped in both the linens and the kitchen. Surely we will recommend it to other people who want to get to know Santiago!

Comfortable place, just for when you go on a trip and you only get to sleep or just have breakfast or you prepare something fast, the depa. account with the bsico, it is close to the metro. Despite the heat it was these days the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fans that helped a lot to weather the heat. the hostess is very friendly and always very willing to communicate. and as data Uber arrives with no problem both in transportation and in orders to pharmacies and supermarkets 🤗

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is as described and shown, it is small, just for 2 people, comfortable, a large and beautiful balcony that has a nice view of the city with some mountain range overlooking the buildings. It's a 12th floor. The host was always nice, luckily we didn't have to disturb her, her instructions were clear and accurate when entering and checking out. It is located near the metro, approximately 500 meters away, safe area, quiet pleasant to walk. I'd recommend this place

The place was very cozy, perfect to relax for a few days..the jacuzzi worked perfect <3 On the other hand, very good communication and access to the place ... to return

It's a very central apartment, with a spectacular view of the mountain range. In addition, you can walk to emblematic places such as La Moneda, the Plaza de Armas and the Central Market. It also has supermarkets and a metro stop within a short distance. In terms of security, the level is very high, since in front of the building there is a police office. Inside, the apartment has two very well equipped bedrooms, a living room and a dining room in excellent taste. One of the bedrooms includes a large desk, ideal for teleworking or even writing a novel.

Wonderful stay, the Depto is much better and bigger than how it is seen in the photos, Matías's attention is frankly remarkable, he was attentive to all inquiries, also the attention of Jorge el Conerje who supported us at all times; commenting that we retired early and coming down near Farellones, we stopped carabineros, noting that only from 3:00 pm it could be lowered (4 hours still waiting in the car), talking to Matias saved us with a late check-out, so we returned and could wait comfortably in his Depto. We will definitely be back and recommend it. Best, René San Martín

We had an awesome stay! The pool is sweet. Amenities, location, and comfort were all top notch. The apartment is quiet and spacious, and the area has tons of great restaurants and is very safe. Jorge was a great host, would stay again.

The stay was great. We were able to rest and be in a cute place. It was very clean and compliant with what was shown in the photos. We were not able to take the best of the facilities (specifically the vines) why there were a lot of people. If I recommend, tell people looking for rest, that the place is big and therefore you can take a lot of people.
