Apartment holiday rentals in San José de la Rinconada

Although we had initial hiccups for the check in, Peter, Silvia’s co-host was prompt to arrange another property to stay over along with booking a cab for us. He also offered to choose between the two locations. We decided to move to the original booked apartment as it was more closer to the centro. His niece helped us move the luggage to the apartment. Peter was very responsive to all the question’s. The only issue I experienced was with the hot water in the shower and locating the plates and pots in the kitchen. Overall the stay was very good :)

Veronica has been the best host I’ve had so far. She made great effort to meet us and made sure we knew everything which made our trip a lot more convenient

I stayed in this apartment for a week and had a good experience. The apartment is comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials (it doesn’t have an oven, but a microwave is provided). Isabell was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any requests. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Las Setas and within minutes of major attractions like the Real Alcázar and the Cathedral. The neighborhood is vibrant and well-served, with plenty of supermarkets and a variety of restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend it!

I honestly thought it was a super nice, clean and above all very organized accommodation, good heating and very cozy in every sense of the word. On the other hand, good attention to the person who was always attentive to us, highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything

José's apartment is located at walking distance from most of the sightseeing spots. He is very proactive and friendly and had some really good recommendations! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is really good, very clean, has everything we need. Juanma welcomed us in the rain although we told them no need to come. And introduced everything clearly with their smart marked google map. During we stay, they answered our questions quickly and always try to help, which make us feel back home and with support of good friends!Thank you so much and we will be back:)

This is a lovely apartment, great outside area which was very sunny even in winter. Plenty of amenities and extras like coffee and water when we arrived. The hosts were super helpful, letting us check in early when we had an early flight and gave us lots of helpful food and sightseeing recommendations. Amazing stay, we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Seville ⭐️

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment in January 2024. We loved it so much our daughter and her partner chose it for their stay in Seville in January 2025. Everything was perfect. They loved the apartment and the location. The apartment is super clean, really well equipped and the terrace is amazing. The location is ideal - really close to everything - 100% walkable, yet peaceful and quiet inside. Communication with the hosts is brilliant. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else for a trip to Seville. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation in the center of Seville, the place is beautiful and the parking in the basement of the house is very comfortable. Alexis, after a few seconds, always responded to our messages. Nearby there are great possibilities for breakfast, dinner, but having the kitchen available we often went to the market next to the house to buy at affordable prices exquisite fruit, bread and above all the very fresh fish from the very pescos area near Cádiz to cook it at home. Perfect little apartment for our family of four with major attractions within a few minutes walk. The area is great - vibrant with lots of restaurants and retail. There is a coffee shop right next door and a grocery around the corner. We felt comfortable letting our teenager daughter explore the immediate area on her own. Piru is a gracious host. Thank you!

Everything was great, we felt right at home. The apartment is very well located. It is very peaceful to sleep although it is in the center it is very well away from the noise. I keep it for my next stay in Seville

Fantastic spot in the old town. Quiet and spacious place. Great for families. But do not try to drive there. Park in a Garage or outside and walk or Uber to it as close as possible. Lovely and wonderful Tapas bar just out side the gate.

Great apartment in a prime location. 10 minute walk to the beautiful cathedral which has many great places to eat and drink surrounding it. We walked to everything around the city from this apartment and used it as a base to pop in and out during the day. Just down the road from an airport bus stop too. Place was clean and tidy. The hot tub was a great bonus to relax after long days of walking around the city. We loved to stay here and in Seville.

Gorgeous place! Walking distance to everything and has a gorgeous and HOT Jacuzzi unlike most in Europe! Coming from Canada this was a pleasant surprise. Would 1000% go back, and would recommend to everyone.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The location of the apartment is great. It is in the old city centre but there is no road noise because of its position in the side street. Marcos is very helpful and friendly host.

The house is very large and comfortable for 2 families with children. We had problems with the fridge and hot water but Antonio was very attentive to us. The truth is that we were very comfortable and comfortable, the upstairs terrace is a liking.

Excellent option to explore the delights of Seville and Sofia is a very organised, friendly and flexible host.

It was a great spot! We had a few issues with power due to the city block- nothing to do with her location- and she was great to respond and support. Hot tub takes a long time to heat up so shouldn’t be the first priority of the spot. Very clean, very roomy, kitchen great. Neighbours and location excellent. We would stay here again
