The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Frida Kahlo Museum, local cafés, and Los Viveros de Coyoacán, ideal for a morning stroll. It is nice to have the host present to greet you, he is so warm and friendly 😀 Whether you're visiting for work, family time, or a creative retreat, this home offers comfort, history, and inspiration. We enjoyed our stay at Ricardo's home. We loved the spaciousness, giving us lots of common space together, yet allowing us plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is lovely. It's pretty quiet, with plenty of trees, and close to restaurants, shops, and a great bakery right around the corner. We loved having a living room and outside patio to spend time together as a family. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, but isn't really set up for serious cooking for a group. Finally, Ricardo was an extremely responsive host, which we really appreciated.

We love this place so much we have stayed here multiple times. Almost like being at home with smart TV, washing machine and being able to cook in the kitchen. Can't beat working out on the roof and then going for a swim that we found out was heated in December. Very helpful that we had a parking spot and Mauricio always responds to us quickly.

Alfredo was always responsive, polite, and friendly. Place looked exactly like the pictures, and we always felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was a little difficult, but Alfredo was responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the clean bathrooms and gorgeous view from the apartment.

Ivan's apartment is really great to spend a long season in CDMX. It is close to several tourist spots and is an area with a lot of activity but at the same time quiet and quiet when one is inside the apartment. We hope to inhabit this beautiful and comfortable place again very soon in the near future.

Great space in an awesome location. The rooms were all clean and well maintained and the complex felt very safe with the 24 hr security guard that buzzes you into the building. The private rooftop was also very nice.

This is a repeat stay. I always try to book with Alejandra, as I know everything will be perfect. I love the location (very close to the metro), and it is quiet and peaceful. Being a dog lover, having the dogs there is wonderful. They are basically friendly and always looking for pets and attention. Long story short, this is my go-to when I am in Mexico City!

Exceptional host who was always responsive and made our stay terrific. Building security was on duty 24 hours and was always pleasant - made the building feel very safe. The apartment is fun and tastefully decorated but not overcrowded. The location is ideal as a jumping off point for exploring all that Mexico City has to offer. Walkable parks, restaurants, bars and shopping. The apartment comes stocked with essential drinks and snacks when you need/want it through an Honor Bar system. Great host and apartment - will book with Fernando again.
