This home was absolutely luxurious! I loved the natural light and multiple outdoor areas for soaking up the desert sun! We were late arriving, and the concierge was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

“This place ROCKS!” is the quote from our twins. Casa Cosmos is definitely out of this world with so many options to relax and enjoy. Of course we went swimming, played mini golf and bocce ball and read in the hanging outdoor chairs. We also took advantage of epic hikes in the area. But we also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong and board games. Thomas is a very responsive and proactive owner. There are so many thoughtful amenities and fun offerings in this home. This is our favorite Airbnb home. We already want to return here the next time we are in the area. Thank you, Thomas!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

As an animal family, it can be tough to travel. Fortunately, we found this house upon when we evacuated from the LA wildfires. Beautiful pool, great kitchen/living room area, very clean, views, beautiful sunsets, and Arman was an incredible host! He was amenable, quick to respond, very gracious, and empathetic to our situation. It's about 25 min to downtown Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. After 4 days of relaxation, our family was sad to leave. It was such a chill house. Can't wait to return.

We stayed for about a month and loved this house. The backyard is wonderful, there are a handful different zones with seating and we were able to find the sun at any time of the day. The house was quite close to the park, and our dog loved going there a few times per day. It's a quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages. The house was well stocked, and the double oven setup was great for cooking big dinners. Washer/dryer were great to have during a long stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

The house fit 9 people comfortably. The property was absolutely stunning! Love how the sleeping arrangements work with basically separate quarters that all meet up at the courtyard. The pool was so warm and hot tub hot--easy to spend the day in the water. Walkable to downtown if you are looking to walk about 20-30 minutes, otherwise a short drive away or a cheap Uber. Highly recommend.

Spent a week with family. Wonderful stay, nice to get pool heated. Felt homey, colorful, and inviting. Suzette was very responsive and a great hostess. It was a real treat to stay here. Great location as well!

The place was clean including the pool and jacuzzi. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were able to rest without interruptions. Location is nice near many restaurants and shops. Luis was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this cute house if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

The house had lots of rooms, a working pool and hot tub, and was pretty close to the venues we wanted to attend. Tim was very proactive in communication. My group had a great time!

The condo is in a very quiet neighbourhood which was exactly what we wanted at the end of a 5 week trip which included driving from NYC to California. The condo is a great size and extremely well-equipped. We had booked a week but decided to extend our holiday trip for another week which was arranged very easily. Beds are very comfortable and the large living room TV was great for evening viewing. The pool and hot tub are a short walk from the patio. The only thing we would mention is that the window blinds don’t keep the rooms dark at night and they also let in the early morning sun - not a problem if you are an early riser, we aren’t. Hope to return on our next visit.

Todd’s Airbnb had all the amenities you could think of. It was the most thoughtful Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Hosts were always responsive pretty well immediately. The location was great proximity to downtown and everything we needed. Parts of the neighbourhood felt a little uncomfortable but the house and street the house was on felt very secure and safe. Would definitely book Todd’s place again!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences! The house was very spacious and comfortable. Another highlight was the amazing backyard and wonderful pool/hot tub. We didn’t want to leave! Thank for a great stay!

Great getaway place, very nice stay we had.

What a great home! The yard is the star with stunning landscaping, beautiful areas to sit and lounge, a great sized pool and spa, and even areas for games. Inside isn’t huge but has everything you need. The home was incredibly well stocked with thoughtfulness and attention: pool towels, detergent, coffee, condiments/spices, lots of ice, extra blankets and linens. We would definitely stay here again. The road and plane noise is a bit loud but it didn’t bother us.

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

We cannot say enough good things about this home! It was spacious, giving everyone their own area and yet the living room/kitchen area was perfect for gathering. The kitchen workspace was amazing and had all the supplies needed to make a Christmas dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa and spent endless hours outdoors. Christopher was quick to respond if needed and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home if in Palm Springs again!

Great location close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and backyard area were great for our family. The home was well stocked with all the essentials and all that was required was a small grocery run to stock the fridge. Would recommend this place and likely stay again on the next trip.

This airbnb exceeded our expectations! The pool and spa were definitely the stars of the show. In the evening it's dim enough to see the stars and during the day you have a pretty view of the mountains (this was our favorite selfie angle!). We brought our 10 lb chihuahua and the place was perfect for him. Highly recommend this location if you have pets. There were a few nice perks that we didn't really notice until we were there. One was the roomy showers in both rooms. If you have limited mobility issues these showers are great. The living room is also quite large which was great for doing some morning yoga. The house heats and cools quickly. We stayed during Novemeber and had days in the 80s and nights in the 50s, so it was very helpful to be able to adjust the thermostat and only have to wait a short period of time for the house to adjust. Also the floor heating was nice, not something we're used to. We loved this location and will be staying again the next time were in PS!

This home is visually pleasing with sculptures, prints and painting throughout. Amenities are generous from shampoos, conditioners, body washes, detergent, cookware, dishes, glassware, spices, and blankets to name a few. The backyard is private, and nicely sculpted with lovely flora (and hummingbirds); offering pool and spa, fireplace, grill, lounge chairs and tables-- makes for easy relaxation! Ours was a party of 5 adults. We couldn't have picked a more walkable location, close to downtown. Garage, laundry, stocked kitchen and large TV made it feel like home. Gahl is very kind to share his home with travelers. A small note: 2 bedrooms are very private, and a third is a walk through to the masterbedroom, this however did not pose a problem for our family, and we were very pleased with our stay.

Ana was extremely responsive, responded very soon after any messages, and accommodating prior to and throughout our stay and the extension of our stay. We lost our house in the Eaton fire, and the house was perfect for our family and little dog. We just wanted somewhere to feel "at home" while going through the initial trauma of losing our home. It was nice. The beds (especially the ensuite bed) is/are very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and away from the busier areas of Riverside.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is spacious and open. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable (always a plus!) The yard is private and beautifully landscaped. The pool is lovely. We had it heated for a few days. The hot tub is wonderful. We built fires in the outdoor fire pit and enjoyed eating on the lovely patio. It's a lovely quiet neighborhood to explore and it's a short walk to the nearby grocery store and a couple of good restaurants. It's also a short drive to the airport as well as to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Sebastian and Dan are excellent communicators and promptly responded to a few questions we had.

We needed a place to escape the wildfires in Altadena and are thankful for the ease in booking and the peaceful retreat this provided our family.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was straightforward and seamless, the property manager was both accommodating and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for the busy Christmas weekend. Downtown Palm Springs is less than a 10-minute drive away, and coffee shops are conveniently within walking distance. The house provided plenty of space for our group of five adults. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with cutlery, serving dishes, and spices, made cooking Christmas dinner a breeze. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful additions, perfect for enjoying a winter getaway. It's worth noting that, due to Palm Springs city ordinances prohibiting amplified sound/parties, quiet hours here are strictly enforced - This added to the tranquility and maturity of our stay. 10/10 would book again!
