The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

Great location!! love the place. However, you do have to be careful with the stairs, up to the apartment is very narrow and the one inside has no railings. it's a great place but a little hard for an elderly person who's a bit weak with stairs. Hope to come back soon on a mini honeymoon !! Thank you, Valentine

The apartment is excellent located in La Recoleta, 3 minutes away from Atheneo Library, 10 minutes from La Recoleta Cemetery and 30 minutes walking from Obelisco, 3 places you must do in Buenos aires. 100% recommended.

The apartment's impeccability and Hector's warm welcome end up making the perfect combo for a beautiful stay. It has everything you need to feel right at home and more. Spacious, clean, bright, complete and with a good distribution of spaces. Accessible with urban transport lines on the same Av. Balbin in case you come without a vehicle (as in my case). We spent 10 days in this WONDERFUL accommodation... 5 adults and one baby. The place is better than we expected, SPACIOUS apartment, bedding, towels and impeccable Pillow.. It has transportation to several sights, all close to the apartment, bus and subway. Places to eat and shop is also quite vast and with variable values... If you are Brazilian, light plug adapter, Angelina informed that in the apartment always has, but sometimes other guests end up taking...It's the tip..rsrs The place is very nice , quiet and very safe with concierge and garage 24 hours ... This apartment was a find ! Angelina was a LOVE 💘 the whole time with us... Already we want to return...

Nice apartment, the building has a large outdoor pool and another indoor one. The area is very quiet, with good restaurants in the area.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The space was even nicer than the pictures, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Its location was perfect—just steps away from charming coffee shops and great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was an excellent value, and we can’t wait to come back! The apartment is like in the pictures. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are several supermarkets in the area in a very commercial parallel street. It has a wide variety of cooking items, a quality office chair working from home, and a comfortable bed and full black curtains for late sleeping. Recommended for nomads who want to spend a season in Buenos Aires.

This is a lovely apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires. There are plenty of cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets so close to the apartment and with lots of trees and parks! It's only a short walk to public transportation that can bring you to the centre. I honestly didn't want to leave it as I felt so at home there and even asked Raulon if I could stay on but unfortunately it was already booked up. The bed was very comfortable and there was a beautiful couch to relax on also. The noise from the street wasn't that bad at all and I was able to sleep very well there. Raulon was a great host and allowed me to check in early. You will not regret booking this accommodation!

The apt is perfect to spend a few days in Buenos Aires. It's comfortable, with good light and ventilation. Just like you can see in the photos. It is close to many restaurants and places to visit. Paula is very friendly and easy to communicate. I'll definitely be back!

Everything was great! Lots to do in the area. For my dog there was a park two entire city blocks right across the street.
