Despite the rains, the family had a wonderful time at the home. On the last day the rains finally cleared and the view was absolutely stunning. A 4x4 is an absolute must!

Alexander is a very friendly host. The villa was very large with its own pool and great views. I would stay with him again anytime. 🥰

Amazing views. The outside deck and kitchen are great and make the home feel much larger. Rudy, the caretaker, is super responsive if you need anything. The road and driveway are intimidating the first time but get easier after a couple of trips up and down.

Nice concept with lots of windows. Private, thanks to lush vegetation, but not isolated. A lot of birds in the area, including a few roosters, heard some howler monkeys one night. Clean and well-equipped house. Daylight hours recommended for arrival. 4x4 is a must in CR. Osa Management does an excellent job. Fast communications. Fruit and flowers in kitchen on arrival. We really enjoy our time by the pool even late at night. King size bed and a better mattress would add a nice touch and make the place just perfect.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Fantastic view of Whale's Tail and the ocean. We loved all the windows in the main living area. Appreciated that there were screens so we could leave them open to get a great breeze through the house. The house is situated so you feel like you are truly immersed in the rain forest. We loved sitting on the deck and watching and listening to the wildlife. One day we saw both macaws and toucans! In addition to hearing the howler monkeys, we saw a crested guan, curassows, coati, butterflies, and humming birds. Great communication with Trina and her team. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need. Lower level has nice pool and ping pong table. It was just a short drive to beaches, waterfalls, restaurants and many fun activities. As the other reviews mention, 4x4 is a must. We will be back!

This home was beautiful, and the view unmatched! Oscar was so responsive and helpful with our very many requests. He gave local recommendations and booked anything we needed, even on short notice. It felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay at this house again when we are back in town.

Wonderful house, peaceful area and perfect location. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time, also used this place as a base to visit Chirripó on a daily hike. Eddie was always responsive and Henry very helpful whenever we needed anything. Planning to go back again for sure.

First off, We liked it so much, we’re already trying to plan our next vacation! This place is a dream! We stayed here for four nights in January and by the end, we wished it had been six! As two couples in our 60s and 30s, we all found it absolutely perfect—comfortable, well-equipped, and with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Cynthing was great with communication and led us on a beautiful short drive to the address, so that we had no issues or complications, that meant a lot. She has no shortage of knowledge of the area, from things to do, and place to see, and even great restaurants. We took her advice and never regretted it! The amenities? Everything you need and then some! The location? Absolutely amazing! Just look at the photos, it is exactly the way it looks ...But what really won us over was the attention to detail—you can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making this a special place. If you're considering booking, just do it. We can’t wait to come back!

From the moment Heather and I connected through the app, I was met with so much kindness. I have stayed in over 20 airbnbs but have never been treated with this much kindness and pura vida! Thank you Heather! And Casa Verde was an absolute dream for me! I stayed for over a week and enjoyed every single moment. I didnt have a car and enjoyed that aspect too as i love to walk and be outside and taxis were easy and Heather also provides taxi services. The AC in bedroom was wonderful too! If you are looking for peace, tranquility and immersion in nature, this is your spot! It was for me :)

We had a wonderful stay at Jaimie’s house. House was lovely and well appointed. Great location. Definitely recommend a 4 x 4 as the road to the home is steep and rocky. Past the gate, roads are paved. Enjoyed a great meal at Scala up the hill just .5 km. This was my fourth trip to Costa Rica, and I’m familiar with the area of Uvita and Dominical. This is an ideal place to enjoy the beaches, national parks by day, and come home to a luxurious private setting in the evening. Pool was lovely and the view of the ocean a plus!

Private, pristine, secure, all amenities you'd ever need. Grounds and pool were impeccably clean. Bedding and furniture were comfy. We saw white faced monkeys, coatis, blue Morpho butterflies and toucans. All these were beautifully backdropped by the whale's tail at Marino Bahia Ballena. This home's architecture, construction, decor, and use of space was the best blend I've seen here in the southern zone. The house is even more spacious than the photos show. We had a group of 7 adults and it was perfect. Plenty of shops and restaurants at the bottom of the road in Uvita. 4x4 is a must. The trip up and down the mountain to the property is scenic as well. I'd definitely book this place again.

We felt very comfortable at Sasha's place. It looks like the pictures and you have everything you need. It was clean and fresh. We also used the washing machine and the dryer everything worked well. The instructions on the tumbler helped us that the laundry didn't come in because it gets hotter than her own. The place is well located and only a 5-minute walk away we did a great Caco tour, which is really recommended. The road that leads to the house is a bit steep in the last section and has two large holes but with a little skill this can also be mastered. However, we recommend the car if it does not have a 4x4 to park slightly below in case of heavy rain. We would definitely book this place again. ¡pura vida!

Everything about this vacation was perfect. I have been a travel writer for 10 years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. The house was the center of this trip and set the tone for an amazing and unforgettable experience. Oscar the concierge was professional and helpful - always cheerful, so kind and patient, and he helped with everything: setting up a zip line tour, stocking the kitchen, arranging a private chef, you name it, he was on it! Cris the chef became like family to us! We will stay in touch with him forever. He was so talented and went FAR above and beyond to make everything amazing - he checked to make sure we had ice, he did the dishes and even helped clean up - things that he didn’t need to do. He did it all just out of kindness and without even being asked. The views will blow your mind. The pool was perfect. We traveled with another couple and the setup was ideal: 2 private sides and a common area. I can’t say enough!

The house was amazing we had the chance to see several animals , monkeys , birds and many others. The place is very quiet and relaxing we hear the river flowing it's amazing.Wouter was welcoming and very available and recommended us places to eat which was all excellent . Jillian’s place was a dream. We had a lovely time sitting in the outdoor living room and laying back in the hammock. Having the kitchen space with tools like a blender was great. We cut up so much fruit. Be careful not to make crumbs or ants will come! It’s a different mindset being in the outdoor house (an important note is keeping the outside lights bright and inside dim at night to controls bugs like cicadas, grasshoppers, beetles, etc). The yard and view and absolutely lovely. It was an interesting experience learning how to use the washer lol but it worked like a charm. The road up to the place is very bumpy, steep, and some parts very thin. Nearby, there are a lot of great stores, beaches, and a cute little downtown area right in the beach. Be prepared for tourist/ American prices. Go towards San Isidro (1 hour via mountain roads) for a better selection of things, cheaper prices, and one of the best ferias/markets in the area (held on Wednesdays and Thursdays).

We had a great stay as a group of 10 in Casa Olas! The view is breathtaking and the house is truly comfortable, new and clean! Natasha was always great at answering our questions!

Incredibly beautiful setting and very attentive and kind hosts. It was a bit challenging to get to, so you’ll need that 4x4, as the hosts suggests. We loved bird watching and really enjoyed the hike through the forest to get to the secluded and peaceful cabana. The hosts even let us use their mud boots, which are highly recommended to use since the trail is quite muddy in some spots. It’s a beautiful and serene property.

We had a wonderful stay at Alina and Sife’s villa! The house itself is spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities you want while on vacation. Beautiful both inside and out. The pool is gorgeous and offers an incredible view of the ocean and surrounding tropical flora. Lots of wildlife sightings; toucans, monkeys, and the resident Iguana Lucas. Alina and Sife were very easy to communicate with, friendly and offered lots of suggestions for local outings and adventures, beaches, waterfalls, restaurants, etc. We will book another stay at Alina and Sife’s without hesitation and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Dominical and the surrounding areas. 6 stars!

Julie and Josue should hold a class on how to host a vacation rental. The house was amazing, clean, well equipped and every little detail was thought of. I could honestly write a book on all the things they did correctly. We had one small issue and it was dealt with right away. The layout of the house, the sheets, the outdoor tub the grounds were perfect. We travel to this area often and this will be our place to return to over and over. If you have any hesitations, don’t. This place over delivers again and again.

The home was very nice, we had a very good time with family. Enough beds for all. Internet was spotty but perfect to get the kids out of technology. Some appliances were not working but overall a great stay.
