good location, safe area, nice decor (lamp was nice)

Host is excellent and Capt James T. Kirk was amazing. If your looking for something out of the ordinary this place is for you. The Starship Enterprise and it's exquisite lighting adds the perfect ambiance that truley sets this spot apart from the pack. Capt. Kirks memorabilia museum is a must see. As a life long resident of the area he has his thumb on the pulse of the neighborhood. The location is great with two excellent restaurants within a 2 to 3 minute walk. Beach is in walking distance and parks are nearby. the place is clean and tidy. The beds were nice and the shower has great water pressure. Your about 20 mins from the heart of the city. As a person that's stayed in over 50 AirBnB's I will gladly recommend this one.

I booked super last minute, and Henry was great. Very chill. His place matched the photos exactly. Neat, clean, and the w/d was a nice bonus! Close to the lake and vegan options (Vegan Mob was amazing). Although I couldn't take advantage of it, I appreciate the 3:00 check-in and 12:00 check-out. Neighborhood is pretty quiet with an occasional dog barking. Street parking was available. I will definitely stay again. 💜

I will stay here again just to take in the view. One of a kind. Unit was as described, check in is easy and electronic. The bed was quite comfortable, and though it’s a bit cold at this time of year there was a nice extra blanket to snuggle in. Cell reception is rough, but super fast Star Link internet is provided throughout the property.

Li, is a fantastic home. I stayed at her place during my internship for almost 3 months. She is always helpful, proactive. It really felt like home for me. From the moment I arrived, Li made me feel welcome and at ease. Her warm hospitality and kindness made me feel like I was part of the family. Throughout my stay, she was always helpful and proactive, ensuring that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Li's home is truly a fantastic place to stay - it's cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, with stunning views of the lagoon and easy access to public transportation. What really made my stay stand out, however, was Li's exceptional hosting skills. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I got back home with so many memories. I look forward to come back here again!

the house is super " zen". clean, neat, just sunlight and stylish. Naomi took me to hike the mountain nearby. without her, I would not hike that far and get to enjoy the magnificent beauty from top of mountain. she is super knowledgeable about tree, animal around the mountain as well. like I got private hike walk.

5 min walk to BART, 10 min ride to Tesla 10 min walk to grocery, retail Great Mall. Loved the new high end appliances. Host asked for a light background check to book, and offers free Chobani & granola breakfast

This place is in a great location—super convenient, which I really appreciated. Major points for that. Every room comes with a desk, which was a big plus for me since I had a bit of work to do during the stay. The backyard was definitely a highlight. There’s comfortable outdoor furniture The flowers in the garden happened to be in bloom during my stay, filling the air with a subtle fragrance—it felt really peaceful, almost romantic. And in the evening, the ambient lighting in the yard created a cozy, laid-back vibe that was perfect for winding down. You can tell Belle put a lot of care into the space. Everything felt intentional and well thought out. I’d definitely recommend this listing!

Roble Rd was the perfect place for us to land for a very long stay for a botched all house remodel. The private, gated location was perfect as we had to park bicycles and two cars and my dog had more room to run than ever. The nearby Berkeley shopping and restaurants were wonderful - it's a great location and a very nice house....

Quiet cozy neighborhood, convenient travel and comfortable living spaces.

Lovely peaceful 1 br cozy unit w large veranda settled in the hillside. Eucalyptus scented breezes and backdrop of nearby park preserve a great refuge from hectic world below. Very accessible and convenient to get back and forth while on call at nearby hospital. Police substation at base of hill and peripheral location near Chabot Lake Park adds to feeling of secure location. Reconfirm entrance instructions, Meg is a very helpful and caring hostess.

Great apartment, spacious and comfortable with lots of light. Quiet location close to the lake. Great attention to detail: Jane's place had extension cords on each side of the bed and even the dental kits in the bathroom.

Emily’s house is beautiful and was a great place for our family of 3 to stay for a few nights. Our toddler loved the toys, books, trampoline, and the kid-sized picnic table in the backyard, where we ate many of our meals. The adults enjoyed the short walk to the many excellent restaurants on Park Blvd, the simple and elegant furnishings and decor, and the Samsung Frame TV. Emily was an excellent and responsive host. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

We have had a comfortable and pleasant stay here for nearly a week. My son had a Taekwondo winter training, and Mia's place was not only clean and cozy but also very convenient for everything. I went jogging several times in nearby trail and found the surroundings very pleasant. Additionally, Mia and Victor were always responsive. Hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again next time.

The house is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay, and everything was as described. However, it would have been better if some items were available, such as a vacuum cleaner, indoor slippers, additional heating as the house was cold, and some specific cooking utensils. Overall, an excellent experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Fouad’s lovely house. It is charming, tastefully furnished and full of every amenity you can think of. As well as lemon trees and flowers in the garden, a cute neighborhood and beautiful views across the bay to San Francisco. Six stars.
