Loreidana’s place was beautiful. It really felt like a home, not just an Airbnb. It was very cozy and was in a great location. Loreidana was very flexible with us and friendly. Would love to stay again in the future.

Tiziana met us in person and showed us the place herself, punctual and very friendly. The house is located perfectly, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and there are lots to do in the evenings even for the kids. The balcony terrace is one of the things I love. Spacious and relaxing. We had dinner there and you can see the big ferris wheel and at mornings you can relax on the lounger as the sun shines.

Cinzia was very kind and welcoming. Great location of the house, clean, tidy and with everything you need. Dogs are not only welcome, but with their hearts. We will definitely be back! Thanks Cinzia, see you soon

The apartment is small but nice. For 2 people with a dog, there was everything you could ever need. It was clean and in a great location. For a short trip just recommended.

We had a lovely time and extended our stay because we loved it so much! The house was absolutely stunning and was well furnished and had everything we needed. The area is very walkable, grocery stores are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away. Would absolutely recommend. We will come back for sure!!!

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, a child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both. From the description, we assumed it was an apartment right on the beach with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the ground floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace in the shade all day. The apartment is still centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground car park. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But a lot of good cafes were nearby. We were even able to jump in a really nice and clean pool, which is right on the beach and is certainly a highlight in summer.

The apartment was as described, everything was very clean, huge terrace. The attention to the children is a lot, they offer a lot of very useful comforts and the idea of finding clean and disinfected games is beautiful, our child was excited. The sea is really close, there is not even the road to cross. Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach and very nice pool. Highly recommended, especially if you have children!

A beautiful apartment, in a beautiful facility. Ideal for max. 4 people or family with 2 children. Dog was also no problem. Amenities of the apartment are very good and has a washing machine and dryer. The pool is right in front of the apartment and you can easily overlook it from the terrace. From the apartment everything is within walking distance. Restaurant, shopping, shopping and the beach in a maximum of 15 min. An outlet center is about 30 minutes away by car, ideal in bad weather. Vendig is very easy to reach from here, Bologna and Verona with a little more time. Everything very worth seeing. We had a lovely time, even if the weather didn't quite play along. We can only recommend the place. 😊

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) spent 9 nights at Anna's place. It was just perfect - 2 separate large bathrooms, air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms as well as in the living room, well equipped kitchen, 2 fridges (one small fridge was on the terrace), 2 large terraces, walking distance to the beach with a private entrance...we couldn't wish for anything more. We'd definitely return and recommend to everyone!

The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the boardwalk, but the children's room is on the quiet back; not even a 5 minute walk from the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this total package, the price we paid (in the low season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito screens could be attached to the windows and doors. Otherwise everything is great, thank you!

We had fantastic days in Marta's cozy and beautiful apartment on the Lido and felt very comfortable! Perfect for families with children and groups of friends, spacious living room, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great balcony overlooking the Hotel Excelsior and very close to the beach. Everything is perfect and very likeable. We would love to come back anytime and very much - thank you, dear Marta and dear Matteo!

Annalisa was accurate in the information before departure ,available, welcoming upon arrival. We really appreciated the detailed map of the area with the addition of notes useful to us as special places, where to eat, shop, church, transportation and related schedules with a series of leaflets and leaflets that we could keep. During the stay, Annalisa was very kind and discreet, ready to respond to all our reports and needs. The house is very clean ,in a quiet space with very functional interior amenities. So much green around very well maintained, fenced and closed that makes the place safe. It is located near the pine forest that has made the summer heat pleasant with its breeze. For us nature lovers, it was nice to be able to photograph the "Fratino", a typical bird of the beaches, feel at night the continuous call of Assisiolo and other nocturnal birds, see a squirrel.
