Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in San Fernando Valley

This lovely home is the perfect place to explore Venice and Marina Del Rey from, and we hope to return. It’s amazing to be only one block from the beach and three blocks from the Venice Canals for some wonderful walks. Also one block from West Washington Blvd., with lots of options for food and drink right by the beach. In a place where parking is at a premium, having your own garage is a wonderful perk. The home is set up with everything you might need and gives you a truly authentic experience of living in Venice/Marina Del Rey like a local. Highly recommended!

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

Love the area and the house was exactly as the pictures. Some noises from the neighborhood outside so make sure to be prepared for some city sounds. The back garden area was magical and the beds were comfortable. Really wonderful energy and the host was amazing. Would stay again.

We had a great time staying at Shannon + Raphael’s place! The hosts were super communicative and helpful, and the location was excellent with easy access to Eagle Rock's restaurants/bars and beyond. The space itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

This is a very well-organized unit with everything one would need—and more! Lots of clean towels and coffee and bagels and cream cheese and spices! There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy. The outdoor space was lovely-unfortunately, we were there during an atmospheric river so could not enjoy it as would have in better weather. We’d certainly book again!

This is an awesome place to stay. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. The apartment is modern and it was very clean and very good equipped. The facility is very nice, we loved to swim in the pool and hot tub and walk on the beach. We‘ll definitely come back.

Very interesting location in the hills above Echo Park. Very centrally located to DTLA, Dodgers stadium, etc. very responsive and welcoming hosts.
