Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Fernando

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was terrific - safe, super convenient location with easy access to some fantastic restaurants. Marky was incredibly responsive and extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely stay again if I return.

28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

I recommend Michay's place. The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures. It's in a safe and very quiet environment. I emphasize Michay's kindness at all times, he always responded to us very quickly and he solved some issues that arose during the stay.

This is an old house (with the quirks of an old house), in a local historical style, that has been partially renovated with newer bedrooms and bathrooms in the front. It has a very nice back garden with a pool and a parilla bbq. There are lots of shops within a block or two, and it is within walking distance of all of the great restaurants and bars around Plaza Serrano. Our kids really loved the swimming pool and playing ping pong and foosball in the courtyard. Overall an excellent stay!

It's not the first time we've stayed at Rebeca's place. Quiet area, nice pool. The house is a little old, but everywhere is clean and everything is working. I definitely recommend this house, it is worth the money

The perfect place for a (long term) stay in Buenos Aires. This is the third time I've stayed at Luciano's place. It's cosy, quiet and equipped with all the essentials. The location is great, safe neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. There is also plenty of public transport. Luciano is a wonderful host - friendly, respectful and helpful. He responds immediately and communication is proactive and prompt. All in all, you can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommended!

Lovely old apartment with wooden floor and a big terrace (As shown on the pictures), which I liked a lot! As the sleeping room faces the street it’s a little loud, which is quite normal for Palermo. Very friendly communication with Sebastian and Elena- thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with high ceilings and a modern renovation that still preserves its beautiful architectural details and old-world charm. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, fruit and vegetable markets, grocery stores and other conveniences. The living areas offer great seating options, and the up-to-date televisions with cable were a nice touch. The WiFi signal was excellent in the main areas and acceptable in the back bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the elevator functioned smoothly. The building itself was quiet and well-maintained, with respectful tenants. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely choose this property again!

Very cozy accommodation, comfortable to enter and exit since it is on the ground floor, ideal if there are children. Very comfortable kitchen. Susana was 10 to get us a crib for our son. In the heart of Caballito, with everything at hand. 100% recommended!

Very good stay with Paola and Sergio who go out of their way to welcome you warmly with lots of tips for discovering the city. Immediate proximity to the train station very pleasant and convenient. Playing areas for children. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

I recommend this place, it's in a good area of Almagro. The apartment is comfortable , sure. It was all neat clean. With details that make the guest like leave yerba café tea galletitas! Cuanta with bed service. Super recommended. We'll be back!

Excellent accommodation in Palermo, with shops, restaurants and all kinds of business very close to the purchase of inputs, the security is impressive in this area, we felt right at home, everything was excellent, of course it was back....

Excellent apartment with beautiful views. Many restaurants and cafes to chose from and one of the most safe areas of Argentina. Martín is an excellent host! Would absolutely come again.
