Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at Irene’s apartment! Location in the heart of Itri, only a couple of minutes walk to the free parking lot, excellent breakfast treats and a smooth check-in. Irene always answered quickly and if we’re ever in the area we would happily stay here again!

Great accommodation, nothing was missing in terms of amenities, extremely nice location with great views, very nice hosts, always helpful and with tips for the area, our dog was also warmly welcomed and was allowed to move freely on the property, thank you very much for the great time, we are very happy to recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was perfectly situated—away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering peace and quiet, yet close enough to head out for a quick tour of Rome whenever we wanted. The route from the city to the house was absolutely scenic and added to the charm of the trip. Saverio was incredibly kind and always available. Despite our late check-in, everything was managed smoothly. From helping us heat the pool to giving us a quick tour of the property and explaining how to use the amenities, Saverio made sure we felt right at home. It was a relaxing and memorable experience for all of us—we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

I stay in an oasis of peace within a golf club, the house is surrounded by nature. Comfortable, clean apartment with all services. The owners are always available. Absolutely recommended for both leisure and business trips.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. Massimo's apartment is really nice. Very close to the Isola del Liri waterfall, inside the historic center. We were passing through but staying on the island is something to do, because the surroundings have so much to offer. Thanks for hosting!

All good, it was a manna from the sky to find Sara's apartment. It was clean, tidy, and spacious! I, my partner and our 2 furry children (dogs) were greeted. Tip!

House in a great location for those who want to ski or visit other beautiful countries. I want to thank Federica because I think hosts like you find few, very kind, always ready to help you in the area and everything else, we had a really good time. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful!

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

I can only recommend this place, clean, comfortable 5 minutes by car from Sabaudia and close to various amenities. Giuseppe has always been Super available both as comsigkiiitili and for every need, from the parking in front of the house to the use of the private garden to the barbecue in the garden. He offered us free bikes to get around. Great point to visit the surrounding area or as in our case to follow the canoeing competitions. Thank you so much, and I'll see you soon.

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).
