Beautiful renovated and clean square, well located

Very nice villa near the sea, tastefully cared for and furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen furnishings and to enjoy the lovely garden. The comfortable rooms with many closets, several TVs, air conditioning and fans are available. 7 are perfectly comfortable . The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Our dog also had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the sea. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and to repeat for sure!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Beautiful place, clean, air-conditioned and with a terrace with a magnificent view. The host is friendly, available and responsive. Warm welcome. We'll be happy to go back! I recommend it!

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Great accommodation, nothing was missing in terms of amenities, extremely beautiful location with great views, very dear hosts, always helpful and with tips for the area, also our dog was warmly welcomed and allowed to move freely on the property, thank you very much for the great time, we are very happy to recommend the accommodation!

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

Maria was so welcoming and happy to host us. The view is great- you can see across Long Lake and to the ocean. We got fresh lemons and oranges from their green houses. We didn’t have enough time and the weather wasn’t good enough for bikes but she would have let us borrow some. The bed was comfortable and apartment spacious!

Elisabetta's home is delicious, nicer than it looks in the photos. It is equipped with everything, has a nice patio to eat and relax, but above all it is a short walk from the sea! My friends and I had a great time and recommend it

The stay at Villa Brando has been truly enjoyable. The house is great for large groups traveling for tourism or work. It is a cozy and family atmosphere in a spectacular villa from the '70s but with all the comforts of our time. We travel for work and we didn't lack anything and we really enjoyed the times we were in the house (there's a game room!). Clean house, with bathroom utensils and kitchen and spacious rooms. Located in a quiet and peripheral area of Latina a few kilometers from the sea. With the car you can reach all the natural beauties around! Giorgio and Francesco were aware of our needs all the time and provided us with all the necessary information. Extremely welcoming and friendly! A highly recommended place to stay that I would choose again!

The apartment was amazing ! So clean and spacious. And Chiara was incredibly sweet ! Loved this apartment. Would definitely rent again. Great location and so close to everything. Truly one of my favorite apartments that I have rented ! Loved the space and the location !!!!!

We were in Neptune, and the apartment was a perfect foothold. Alex was very kind, he allowed me to check in early and it was like being at home!!! We only stayed one night but the house has everything you need, I really appreciated finding coffee and snacks for breakfast. The large terrace is very nice, I imagine in summer it's fantastic, and my dogs loved it!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve at Marco's place, which turned out to be the ideal place to relax and celebrate together. All the rooms were clean and spacious, with the added convenience of having a bathroom reserved for the bedroom. Although it's winter, the garden and surroundings are very pleasant to explore. Absolutely recommend staying in the farmhouse!
