We had an absolutely fantastic time at Marcella’s home. We arrived at night, delirious after a delay in Milan, and Marcella was amazing: communicative, flexible, and immediately warm & kind. The Villa, the grounds, the location, the kindness & hospitality of the family — bellismo! The breakfast prepared by Marcella’s father was incredible - we tried all of the different homemade jams from fruit grown on the property. So quiet and relaxing to yet super easy to take the bus right into the center (stop is directly outside the home). Plus we easily rented e-bikes to travel around. Highly recommend! Thank you Marcella and family!

B&B immersed in the countryside, location a little out of the way for those who do not have the car but convenient to reach both Bologna and Imola. Quiet and quiet around the house, clean and cozy room, equipped with mosquito nets that for us is always a plus. The best breakfast we've ever had in a b&b thanks to Tersilla who prepared homemade sweets just for us and other guests. Tersilla is a genuine and true person, who made us feel at home with her overwhelming Emilian accent. If we go back to Imola for another concert, we'll definitely book here again!

Very friendly and helpful. Everything worked very well I'd love to come back. Rooms were clean and asked if what to do, how to top up on the morning stick, etc.

The small apartment was very cozy and Gianfranco and Alice are very welcoming. The sweet breakfast was wonderful, the homemade jam very tasty. Very familiar stay. Important to know for everyone without a car: There is no bus in the evening, then you can only walk or take a taxi.

We stayed with Gianni on our way to northern Italy. The location is perfect for people like us on the go. The room is just as it is presented in the photo, very clean and with all the comforts. The bathroom is clean but can be improved. Unpriced hospitality from Gianni and his partner who made us feel at home by telling us stories of their family and mom Dina. Very good trattoria KM131 a stone's throw from the B&B. Recommended

Whether you need a place for few days, or just one night, you can get a good night sleep even if there are parties and celebrations going on all around you. The thick walls cancel out any outside noise, so your beauty sleep won’t get interrupted. And once you wake up from your deep sleep you have a breakfast waiting for you in the minibar at your room. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

luckily Francesca contacted me for the free room! I found a wonderful Family to welcome me. The dinner is very good and personalized, the wine is equally good and the breathtaking view! It's a place worth spending more than a day!

Very nice and stylish place. It is a villa in the first Bolognese countryside, near the fair. Field views but close to everything. Beautiful welcome, Luca TOP host, kind and friendly. The part of the house dedicated to the BnB is separated from Luca's house, with an entrance/living room area common to the rooms, all with private bathrooms. It's basically a room in a small hotel in the middle of the countryside! I'll definitely be back.

Excellent night spent at Stefano's place, beautiful common areas and a heavily stocked breakfast table. One spacious bedroom and one very comfortable bathroom. What about the welcome of Stefano and his loved ones who was very warm despite our strong shortcomings in Italian?? No words to describe this experience, but a huge thank you to them for their work. Thank you so much Stefano, and I'm looking forward to seeing you again

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts Always available from start to finish The property is well kept and looks like the photos Friendly and accommodating hosts, we were a group of 7 people made up of friends who provided us with their tavern and fireplace to have dinner together, making sure that there was everything we needed I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back

What a beautiful place! I was warmly welcomed by Enrico and his 2 lovable dogs. I got a delicious meal made from special local products and an excellent breakfast the next day. With the fireplace on and a sleeping dog at my feet, I felt quite at home. The area is beautiful for hiking with beautiful views and Enrico has many good tips for activities. Unfortunately, I could only stay for 1 day. I'd love to come back here.
