If you are thinking of going to a comfortable and exclusive place this is perfect for you. It has many facilities to be comfortable and it is also an efficiently organized space. • An easy and very efficient arrival. • Necessary features available at all times such as microwave, refrigerator, basic eating utensils for two people, coffee maker, iron and more... •Hygiene was excellent. Everything was clean and in order. • Basic needs available such as towels, soap, shampoo up to conditioner and much more... In conclusion the stay was perfect thanks to the comfort of this beautiful place.✅️

we went with my wife's family for celebrating her birthday. 10 people in 5 very comfortable rooms, clean apartment and nothing was missing. lattencion from Mr. Fernando was super, always asking if we were missing something. the phenomenal host, writing and asking every day if everything was Ok Linda pool, the green around spectacular. i recommend everyone.

I can’t express enough how special this place is! It was perfect size and comfort for 6 girls getting ready for a wedding and all the activities the days leading up to the wedding! The building is beautiful and Bernhardt has the place stocked with all you could need! I can’t remember ever staying at an Airbnb where drinking water, cleaning service, and everything you could ever need was supplied already! The best part was my family stayed on the other side of the duplex and the yards can connect! I cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful, unique, and very functional spot in the zona colonial. The space is even more stunning and spacious in person (like the brick and tile work!). We traveled with kids ages 5&7 and wanted to give a little more detail on the layout: the downstairs /main floor has a queen bedroom with a/c and bathroom... that's where our kids both slept. There is a little loft in the photos where they enjoyed playing games but didn't feel comfortable having them sleep up there. And then the upstairs has a master bedroom, little patio, and bigger closet and bathroom. Access to this is a little steep/tricky and I wouldn't recommend for kids any younger than 4 or 5. Roof deck was also really neat but need to really be careful with small kiddos. Would definitely return to this place!

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

the price was great, we had a superbowl party, there were things to do for nonsuperbowl watcher to do such as domino table and chairs kitchen fully stocked, much better than a hotel room, I fully enjoyed myself.

I love this house, the pool was very clean, service staff friendly, helpful, responsive, the kitchen had very good equipment to cook, clean, the place is really peaceful, the pool area it was the best, nice furniture, two nice Hamacas, a very good speaker to play music, a pool table and others table games, it has many things to do, in others words, the place is amazing and worthy for the price 💗

The apartment was very clean and tidy, very well equipped. Guillermo was a gentleman, we had a confusion and even without corresponding, he helped us. I am very happy. This place is worth it.

Our stay at this villa was much better than I expected. From how beautiful everything is, the comfort of the furniture, the spaces to share as a family to how helpful, polite and proactive Mr. José is. Really that in person the villa looks much better than in the photos, we were celebrating our marriage ceremony and it was perfect. The photos were so beautiful and all the guests enjoyed the pool and different amenities on offer. The host responded immediately whenever we had any questions and anything that was needed at Villa José was always available to help. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here and thank you so much for all the comforts, we will definitely be back in the future!!

There were some inconveniences with the lock but Jorgelis always kept up, he is a too friendly person and I work with everything we needed. On the day of checking we arrived very late because there were delays at the airport and with the rentacar, however Jorgelis wait for us until our arrival with unconditional kindness, he is a person to admire. Thank you very much and blessings Jorgelis. I recommend this place 100%.

Perfect spot to be close to everything in Santo Domingo. Lots of restaurants options in the east side of the city and just minutes away from the downtown of Santo Domingo best spots. As for the property well maintained from the lobby till the apartment itself. They keep the apartment super clean and well modern. Definitely keeping it as one of my top options if I’m in town.

Jose was very responsive. The place was clean and had what we needed. We were there to work with a local baseball league. The location was within walking distance. We will be back as the host and the place were perfect for our needs!

My stay here was great. Had a hard time finding the place but not because it was the host problem but because of the Airbnb app issue but once I reached felt at home. Everything you need is there. There are restaurants and also The Malecon is literally two blocks away. Can’t get any better than that.
