Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

We were very happy with our stay. Having lived in the area for 36 years we knew what we needed and Christopher's place fit the bill. Close to all kinds of shopping, close to freeways, close to OC airport, Newport Beach and everyone we needed to see. The apartment matched the description and pictures perfectly. It was very, very clean and uncluttered. The bedroom had a large walk-in closet and a very comfortable bed. The washer and dryer were great. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay. No hesitation in recommending Christopher's apartment.

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Incredibly warm and considerate hosts that are also super responsive and helpful. Space was perfect and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including spices and cooking oil. Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo with TV that’s equipped with Netflix and etc. Extremely clean and modern bathroom. We didn’t end up using the facilities but there was a gym and pool on site that was very convenient. The condo is located right next to the parking spot so it’s quite easy to get to - an absolute bonus in the area!

This apartment in Irvine Spectrum Center is good for short and long stays. Spacious, bright, tidy and comfortable. Daily necessities are well prepared. You can tell they put in the effort. The special touches are a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Maldon salt, and a bottle of black pepper. Fried eggs and steaks are very convenient.

Our recent stay at the Airbnb in the Orange County area was absolutely delightful. The apartment was very clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect spot for our two-night getaway. We especially appreciated its convenient location—just about a 30-minute drive to the stunning beaches, which added an extra layer of relaxation to our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained place with easy access to beautiful coastal views.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

My daughter and I were there for a competition and the location was perfect. Quiet and easy to find. Close to everything but not overrun in the middle. Would definitely stay again

Christian’s space was the perfect choice for a trip in DTLA. The parking was convenient, the building was walking distance from tons, and it matched the description perfectly. The security made you feel at ease, and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable for 3 guests. Christian was great at communicating as well. Would recommend and stay again if returning to DTLA.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Jay was very easy to communicate with, super kind, and accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation at his place.

This home was pristine clean and comfortable. There were many amenities and I loved sitting in the beautiful back yard smelling the orange and lemon blossoms. Honestly, this is one of the nicest air bnb homes I have ever been in.

I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !

This listing is the best out of all of my stays here. I appreciate Alex being friendly and proactive with me throughout the process. Before I would always have to supply something of my own as that particular host didn't provide the item/service originally. But Alex provided everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Definitely booking again soon.
