Place was exactly as she described it! Beautiful and relaxing view, great place if you’re looking for a break from city views. Place was clean and Mona is very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely enjoyed the sound system downstairs by the window, 2nd best feature after the view.

Highly recommend. Five starts on all counts. Property is exactly as advertised. Lots to do in the area but also the option to relax in peaceful seclusion. Eric was kind and accommodating with any questions we had.

Private, calm and a true beachside experience with beautiful mountain views and a beach front. Enjoyed the island hopping right from the beach front to two islands not too far out. Rjay and Maymay cook really delicious food, thank you!

Even for a quick get away, we were able to make the most of our stay. The place is perfect for groups to bond and do lots of activities together. The beach is only a few minutes away and it's peaceful.

White's place is amazing!. What really got me sold is the vibe of the place, very relaxing especially the panoramic view in the master's bedroom. White was very helpful and always updates me if something happens during my stay with any of the amenities. He is very easy to reach out to and very accommodating, and always makes sure you have what you need. My goal is to relax and unwind from the city life and it definitely made my trip worth it. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

The house was really nice. The multiple bedrooms with a bathroom each made our stay really comfortable. The place is perfect for big groups. The bed settings even the double decks are comfy. Ann was very responsive and was open as well to suggestions to further improve the place. Highly recommended!

The stay with Rex is really good. Rex is really helpful and very accommodating. (Especially with our check in and check out time) The place is really huge. We just needed a stay for our visitors because it's my sisters' wedding. Our family really love the place. The place is really peaceful too. Complete utensils, plates and there's water dispenser. There's a lot of beds! Good for family reunions! ---Maybe, just the helpers being more welcoming but it's good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Norman’s place. Beaches nearby are very accessible. Place is cozy and very clean. Staffs are very accommodating and very considerate. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

We had a fun weekend staying at Casa La Rosa! We felt right at home because the place was very cozy and had all the essentials. The beach is just a few meters walk in front of the house and even had tables and chairs you can bring along the seashore. The caretakers also made sure our concerns are addressed swiftly. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a beachfront house for your beach getaway :)

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The place is very comfortable and spacious, with a thoughtful amenities kit in each bathroom. Paolo was an excellent host—accommodating and quick to respond. Lea, the helper, was always just a text away if we needed anything.

My family really enjoyed this trip , Florence is a superhost and very helpful. Easy to communicate with, from the time na nag inquire pa lang up to check out time. The house is perfect for a family getaway or reunions. The place is really close to the beach and lots of water activities to do. We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

Place was clean and nice. The full kitchen and grill were very useful, given that there are no much restaurants in the area. Sir Alain was very responsive and Ms. Rhea (the housekeeper) were very helpful. The locals on the street were also very welcoming and accommodating. Only problem we had was the AC not cooling up the house for some periods of time. Overall, the stay was great.

- Great location, very near to the beach front and restaurants. - Friendly/accomodating host- suggested good places to check out. - The provided towels were very soft! - Consistent water supply. - Overall we had an awesome stay! Also a first for our furkids and everything went so well! Tip: contact them at least a day before your arrival as the signal at Liwliwa is very poor and you might find it difficult to find their place as it is not showing accurately in Google Maps (which i solely use for navigation). We stumbled upon the place when looking for lunch and the caretaker and host were kind enough to let us check in earlier than 3pm.

We enjoyed a nice family get together on a 4 day weekend and Cristina's place was great for us to relax and enjoy time out of the city surrounded by nature. Very clean and well appointed we just had to bring personal items and get food from the local market and vendors and cook in the well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioning and Hot Water heaters all worked great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good water pressure. No internet but 3 bar LTE cell service on Smart and we brought our Starlink so no problems staying online. The on site caretaker was very helpful getting us checked in and with questions about the local area and available if any assistance was needed.
