Innovative concept without leaving the city, the place as described, Fernando is a super host always attentive to everything, a stay without waste and would definitely return. The place is beautiful and safe, we love the private pool, you can tidy for delivery without inconvenience, everything clean and accessible.

A lovely place to enjoy as a family. Spacious areas for playing volleyball, jumping on the trampoline or just being in the grass enjoying the tranquility of the place. We only use the external area: Clean pool, its surroundings were clean as were the jacuzzi. José was at the service of any requests we had. In the bathrooms the water failed at some point, because of the fleet that stuck, but José provided us with support immediately.

The Airbnb was as pictured and clean, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a 24/7 doorman. Four water bottles were provided in the fridge. It’s convenient if you’re driving or plan to visit nearby malls, as Blue Mall is a 10-minute walk and Agora Mall is 20 minutes. However, getting to the Colonial Zone took 30 minutes by Uber during non-peak times and an hour during peak traffic. For U.S. tourists, note there is warm water but not hot, and it only worked in one bathroom. Supplies like toilet paper and kitchen towels were minimal, so we purchased essentials from a supermarket nearby. The kitchen had limited, scratched cookware, and the carpet needed better cleaning. Tiny ants were present, so we kept food in the fridge. The balcony faced another apartment directly, so we didn’t use it. Despite its flaws, the Airbnb was safe, quiet, and served as a good resting spot for our short stay.
