Everything was great, the host helped with every need and replied fairly fast! spent a nice night here and def would recommend as it’s in a lively neighborhood with lots to explore. Everything is as listed, so don’t need to worry about accuracy of the irl house and in app listing!

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

This is a great place to be - it is a peaceful place with essential amenities, and a balcony with a great view to relax & enjoy the cool breeze, especially in the mornings. There are lots of shopping places (malls, convenience stores, restaurants, street food, massage, etc.) right next door. Mega Bangna, a very big shopping mall & BTS station (Sukhumvit line) are about 10 mins drive. We mostly used Grab to move around and found it efficient. The swimming pool in the building and the rooftop Pororo Aqua park (just a few minutes walk away) was a big hit with our granddaughter (4 yrs). We found it very convenient to travel to places such as the safari, amusement park, Bang Saen beach without having to navigate the crazy inner city traffic. We highly appreciated the host receiving us with Bhutanese cuisine (in Bangkok!) - that was a very kind gesture & a pleasant surprise! This is a great place for a small family on vacation.

We loved everything! We're glad we started our journey at this location. It's a very cozy and charming place with quiet neighbors and polite security guards. We stayed with our dog, and it caused no inconvenience to anyone. There are places to walk the dog and spots for us to take a stroll as well. Shuttles to the metro run five times a day, and a free golf cart takes you to the main road, where you can catch a tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi. There are restaurants and cafés nearby, and the condo itself has a swimming pool. It was so pleasant to have breakfast on the balcony and, after an evening walk, relax on the cozy sofa. Torsten is very kind, cheerful, open, and responsive, and his wife is very sweet and hospitable! They welcomed us when we arrived and came to see us off on our last day. We’re so happy we got to stay in this place and meet such wonderful people!

This is a fantastic location with stunning scenery, offering a perfect "retreat from the world." The house is small and adorable, yet meticulously clean. The landlady is a warm, welcoming woman who exudes a homely atmosphere. Additionally, the house is conveniently located for easy access to the airport, and the landlord is always helpful in arranging transportation.

Pinpinat’s place served us perfectly. We booked it for Christmas and enjoyed being close to Mega Bangna and having Christmas in their home. They always responsive to any of our requests or questions. What we really enjoyed, was the was the suburban environment. Living in Europe, but growing up in America, I love the suburbs-which can be hard to find in Europe. It was quiet and safe-for a mother and child. If you’re looking to be around locals with little to no tourists-as we were only ones in the subdivision, this is your place. Definitely would rent again.

We are so happy we found Gunyapart’s place. We moved to Bangkok with a dog and needed a place to stay for the first few months. The place was perfect for that - it is located in the gated community not far from the airport and is conveniently next to the huge shopping mall (Mega Bangna) where you can get everything you need. Going to the city center (Sukhumvit) is also doable - takes about 30-40 minutes by car. The place has an amazing fenced-off garden where our dog was able to roam freely and chase around birds and squirrels. The house is at the end of the street so there are no passersby. Gunyapart was very helpful and responsive.

Very friendly and helpful host. Is the place the best value for money in Bangkok? Probably not. However I would definitely recommend it for a shorter stay. The location is decent and the desk in the house was very useful since I like to work from home.

Perfect housing for a long stay, located in a quite typical area (i.e. not 200% condo-made) and not far from BTS station. Recommend.

Heaven on Earth! Even better than we imagined. It was incredibly beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a romantic getaway. The host was amazing and so kind 🥹🤍 He does everything: cooking, gardening, cleaning, making sure we’re having a good time. He knows how to do it all and does it perfectly! I would give 1000 stars if I could 🙌🏼 We can’t wait to go back. It was magical. Thank you again for everything 💖
