Just about the perfect experience! Hahn was so nice and helpful. All checking in and out instructions were simple and clear. There was a minor clog on one of the bathtubs and Hahn was very quick to address it and get it fixed. The place itself was big and clean, bathrooms were nice and there were lots of storage space. I would recommend anyone staying in Bangkok to this place!

Tassanee was such a wonderful host. She made sure my experience was wonderful & convenient. She was readily available whenever I was in need. The condo was superb. BTS green line connection makes it super convenient. Felt like home. Always coming back to this property whenever in Bangkok

The apartment is a huge place and clean and well stock. Has 3 Big rooms and very comfortable. Keep it up and will recomend a Large family to stay. Well dine giat and thank you for a lovelh stay

Great area: apartment complex is located in very quiet and green district wuth lots of facilities. Condo is new, neat and tidy. The ghost was very helpful and kind, providing everything we needed.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city. It is just a 15-minute walk to Lumphinj Park. There are numerous restaurants nearby . The 7/11 market is located right outside the building. Upon our arrival, we noticed a cockroach, but we believe it came from outside, as we have not seen any since. The owner promptly arranged for the cleaning to be done the following day. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including utilities, shampoo, and shower gel. The apartment features a spacious outdoor pool, a library, and a children's playroom with air conditioning. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Isabel’s. Great location close to really good neighbourhoods, great food choices. Isabel was very friendly and responsive.

Bruce's condo is fantastic. It's very convenient to get anywhere in Bangkok. The space is spacious and living here is very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many restaurants and takeout options nearby. I really liked a Thai basil restaurant, a burger place, and a pizza delivery service (one of the best pizzas I've ever had). In the evening, the street food is great too. All the facilities in the room work well. I used the washing machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The room is very quiet. With the windows closed and curtains drawn, you can sleep very well. The bedding is also very comfortable. Bruce is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly. I would give this condo a 100 out of 100. If anyone is coming to Bangkok, I highly recommend staying here.

very good value for the money charged. there is a previous review that says that there's no curtains in the main room. that's not actually true they're on a remote control and you press the button and the curtains come down they're kind of hidden so it's not obvious but definitely they're there.

Nice, clean, quiet and fairly priced apartment (high floor) with a beautiful north facing view of the city. Large smart TV and reliable Wifi. Good pool and gym on top (28th) floor. Centrally located within short walking distance of Asok Skytrain Station, Terminal 21 Shopping Centre, shops, restaurants, 7- Eleven etc. Responsive host. Easy check in/out. Recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Baan Pupaan, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the garden, pool and gym and villa itself took our breath away. Nestled in a picturesque garden, this villa offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with customized artwork throughout and spacious rooms that are both stylish and cozy. The open-plan living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, and the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and wonderfully stocked larder and pantry was a great touch. We especially loved the outdoor terrace, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the sun. The amenities were top-notch. The location is 1min away from a 7/11 and lotus. The host was welcoming and attentive. The villa exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Location was convenient (near the train station). There's also eateries around the airbnb. It was abit tough to direct drivers to the exact unit but not a big issue as we could just walk out to the main road. House was clean, and got everything we need. thank you for the great stay :)

The host personally picked us up from the airport, and the housekeeper was especially good for our service, very close to the subway station.The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable.KTV is good here.BBQ ok. I will also choose to stay here when I come to Bangkok again.We missed it all the time after we left.I recommend the villa

The stay was extremely lovely with all the amenities we could possible need to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were always responsive and extremely helpful. Max even helped to send a bag back to us that we had left behind at the stay!
