Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sampaloc

I had a really great stay at Poo's place. It was clean and SMELLED GOOD! Also appreciated the free shampoo since i forgot to bring my own. When i requested for additional toilet paper, I received it right away. Would recommend this place and would book it again!

The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

We had an excellent stay at that cute flat. The check in process was easy, we found the flat spotlessly clean and fresh. It had everything we needed during our stay. We liked the fact we were close enough to most of the sights that we could walk there and yet the building provided a lot of privacy and security. We also enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony. There is a lot of nice places to eat around as well as two big shopping malls within easy walking distance. Our host was amazing, very communicative and helpful. All our messages were answered swiftly and we cannot thank her enough for her help. If we’re ever back in Manila we’re definitely staying here again! PS. There is a rooftop terrace with spectacular views, just take the lift to the top floor.

It was our first time in the Philippines and Marlon was the perfect host. Avant staff was so friendly and welcoming. Marlon was super responsive if I had any questions and made awesome recommendations in the area. He provided clear instructions that made checking in to our quarters very smooth. The a/c was super cold and the apartment had more than enough room for 4. It was so convenient to have a working washer and dryer at our convenience. I will definitely be booking again!

Unit was clean and comfy. Not too far from the elevator. It smells nice too! Miss Julie was so responsive, she even allow us to check in earlier than the standard check in time. She's so nice and easy to communicate with. House rules was easy to follow, net was fast, aircon works so well, all the basic needs that we need were provided as well. Will definitely go back to her unit and stay for a little longer.

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. This place was amazing, we spent Christmas Holiday at Tom’s lovely home, the home was very accommodating for our family, plenty of space, the pool was nice and can’t forget about the karaoke, everything was cleaned and prepared for us, when checking-in, it was welcoming and a home away from home. Great place to stay, my daughter was able to study well for her CPA exams for its comfortable and aesthetics, strong wifi, friendly and accommodating security personnel.

George is probably one of the most excellent host i've dealt with here in this platform. He was very friendly and responsive to all the request. He was super flexible with check in and checkout times and even allowed us to host a feast for our Christmas gathering. Even offered his grill and ebike for our personal use for our market runs. He acknowledges that the house has an aging furnitures and old setup but his helpfulness and flexibility makes up for all of that and this place is a superb find in my opinion. Will definitely book this place again when I come back

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

We had a great stay. For a group of 6, it was spacious and we were not cramped up on the beds.

it looks great online and when you arrive its exactly how it looks , fantastic place on a good private secure site in great location , exactly as we hoped and expected, its also a premium area more or less Resorts World walkable to T3 , Casino , Mall , McDonald's x2, 7-11 incredible value , helpful security guards and good host, we found the address abit awkward and misleading everything else near perfect and very good value thx Manuel we'll come again
