House holiday rentals in Samois-sur-Seine

We (family of five) had a wonderful week in Blandy at July's house. July's parents met us on arrival and although our French is very poor they were very helpful and introduced us to the house. Through the week July was always quick to respond and kind in helping us with any questions. The house is a lovely home, beautifully designed and with lots for all the family to do. Our children particularly enjoyed using the bicycles, playing pool and relaxing in the hammocks and garden. Blandy is a very quiet and pretty village and we had a fantastic meal eating at the restaurant L'entourloupe adjacent to the tower. There is also a great takeaway pizzeria in the village, a small shop, another restaurant and a boulangerie. We found lots to do in the area including a day in Paris using the fast train from Melun (free parking at the municipal swimming pool), a day at Fontainebleu, and a picnic down at the banks of the Seine. We would happily recommend July's home to others.

The house is very beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos, located in the residency area with beautiful houses, very clean, private, and have complete amenities, we can find everything we needed. It's way more than we expected. Thanks, Jordan :)

We had a FANTASTIC 10 days at Samuel's place! We did a great mix of days in Paris (park at Bois du Roi then there are regular trains to Gare du Lyon which takes 35 minutes!!) and local days exploring the forest and Barbizon. We highly recommend Fontainebleau as a day out. The town is very pretty and the chateau is well worth a visit! The house has lots of space and great facilities. A well equipped kitchen and lovely outside space. The pool was a hit with our youngest but a bit cold for the adults! The house has lots of character and is well decorated throughout. The indoor swing was a lovely chill spot for children too. Although the house is in a quiet spot there are lots of shops close by. Check in was very straightforward and all the information was well communicated. I highly recommend this house. It's a real stunner!

A great place for a family reunion before Christmas. We were 10 children and 10 adults. Loved the comfortable and welcoming spaces, plenty of room for everyone, the fireplace, the very very well-equipped kitchen, the board games, the walks , the discovery of vegetables from the organic vegetable garden (note: delicious soups)... The cottages are part of a sustainable market development project - which gives them a very attractive particular character Thanks to our hosts for taking the time to explain it to us

It was perfect. Very cosy and clean. And also quiet. Very kind hosts. Nicola and Audrey were super helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. Allowed us to check out late and Nicola very kindly gave us a lift to the train station as it was raining.

We had a great stay. We came primarilly for climbing, and the place is really close to Trois Pignons which was great. Nice place, great restaurants and different stores very close by which is very practical. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect house for a relaxing weekend with friends. Quite amazing space, comfortable bedding, very good equipment, great walks to do on foot and ultra responsive concierge service and good advice. We'll go back without a second thought.

This is a great apartment. Exactly as appears in the photos with a good kitchen, large sitting area, clean bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent as well being very close to Fontainebleau. Estelle and François were lovely and very welcoming. They also provided us with nearby recommendations for good restaurants. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is very nice and modern with private parking. You can also park well on the street. The bouldering areas are easily accessible. Unfortunately, the toilet does not have a sink, so you always have to go to the bathroom. The front door is stuck and hard to lock, but we managed. We felt very comfortable.

Warm house, very well equipped, very comfortable. The great room under the attic delighted our children.Claire is a particularly attentive host.

Perfect base for discovering the surroundings. There are very nice hikes in the climbing forests. And a day in Paris is also easy to do.

Our stay with friends was perfect in Camille and Benoît's home. They were very friendly and responsive hosts. The accommodation was perfect for a stay for 5, it is very very well equipped, we felt right at home! Looking forward to returning to the area.

Great location for all of the bouldering sites around font (particularly Sabot/Cul de Chien which you can bike to). House was lovely, lots of games and dvds to entertain yourself on the wet days.

The apartment is very cozy and you immediately feel at home. When we parked it was very foggy and cold outside, but when we entered the apartment we felt warm and welcome. It was the perfect solution for our journey to London by car from Italy. We could sleep in the quiet of Nandy and then have a good breakfast in Paris without the hassle of needing to find a paid parking for the night in the city. I’ll definitely come back

Perfect for a New Year's Eve with others and family. The house is very spacious with a very nice and bright living room with direct access to the garden. The kitchen is great for preparing meals and at the same time starting an aperitif The rooms are numerous and spacious (only small downside for the room which is on the top floor, you have to like the cool atmospheres😊..the heater did not heat enough). Jérémy was very accessible beforehand (he made it easy for us to have 2 additional individual mattresses) and during the stay by responding to all our small requests. I would recommend it without a second thought!
