Apartment of about 75 sqm. The rooms are divided: open space with living room/kitchen with armchairs and a movie theater with TV and a sound and a sorround sound with a sofa bed and a desk to work comfortably; bathroom with washing machine and shower; conditioned bedroom. Large enclosed outdoor courtyard with dog kennel. A few meters away is the 120 tree park with games and dog area. The location is strategic 7 km from the sea and 20 from the mountain, 1 km from Pescara airport and 3 km from the highway. Animals ok.

Nice studio apartment in the center of Francavilla al Mare. Located a stone's throw from the sea and from the rail station, near to Piazza Sirena and the church of Santa Liberata, it is excellent for summer holidays in Abruzzo. The studio apartment is equipped with all comforts and can accommodate up to a maximum of four people, It has a French double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Very close to the studio (less than 50 m) there is a large free car park.
