There are 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms villa located in the middle of nature within a 5 minutes walk to Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all you need. It features a living room with open full kitchen. The outdoor patio offers plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Our villa is located on a private hill in a small complex with a shared large swimming pool with two other separate villas.

This is the ONLY house in Las Terrenas where your backyard is sand and ocean. Wake up and go to sleep to the sound of rolling waves breaking almost inside your backyard. It the most central house in town, you do not need a car, everything charming and necessary is just a (very) short walk. Oh, you even have a private ocean front plunge pool on the second floor - 100% paradise. 100% good vibes.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Alejandro. He was the most helpful, responsive and likable host. His place was just like the photos- just beautiful. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and each room has its own bathroom- a huge plus. The kitchen has more amenities than my own! The only issue was the hot tub heater wasn’t working but Alejandro did everything he could to fix it including drive all the way from Santo Domingo to install a new one! And he still gave us a partial refund- that shows integrity and good business acumen. The grounds are immaculate and we loved the location because it was just a little outside the busy town (which is super noisy). We much preferred to have an ATV (highly recommend) and scoot into town or a neighboring beach when we wanted (definitely visit playa Bonita). We saw much of Las Terrenas via ATV so we had first hand knowledge of what a treasure Alejandro’s place is!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. I really appreciated the warm welcome and explanations by Christiane (friend of Tes and Raffaele). The location of the apartment was a big plus for me. I found that I did not live directly in the lively center but a bit outside as a big plus. The walk to the center takes 10 minutes, including the wonderful view of the sea. The decor of the apartment is perfect. I loved having meals on the terrace. I can only say about the mattress, perfect for a deep sleep. The wonderful view into the garden and swimming pool delighted me every day. Communication was excellent at all times. The internet speed was okay with me. I received an answer to all my questions and concerns within a very short time. Thank you Tes, Christiane, Raffaele for everything, you are perfect hosts!

Luxury Penthouse Best Ocean Views Pools BBQ Maid

The place is spacious, comfortable, and squeaky clean, with ocean views and a wonderful terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed to make our six night stay perfect. It's just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars (but without any of the noise), pharmacy, shops, and in the other direction just one minute walk to a well stocked mini-market. Jose is one of the most helpful, proactive, and responsive hosts we've ever met. Some of the features we especially appreciated were the many full bathrooms so we could all shower at the same time, the nice pool and hot tub (can be heated if you ask) in the complex's private courtyard, the secure parking lot for the car we rented and for airport taxi drop off and pick up, and the nearly silent yet powerful air-conditioning, though most of the time the ocean breeze was enough to keep us cool. Highly recommended!
