You can reach the center by a 25 minutes walk, 10 minutes with bicycle (we offer 2 for adults +1 for child,) or some minutes by bus. Good infrastructure (bus station and supermarkets are very near).

The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
