Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2024, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Fantastic holiday home

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.
