The house is spacious, swimming pool with sun much of the day, well equipped, clean and organized. There was absolutely nothing missing.

I loved the place! Quiet and beautiful place, very close to nature. Carol was an excellent host, she served us very quickly and effectively (she still has a menu that saved us a lot during the stay). Voltaria no doubt!

We went with family 10 people, Vinícius helped us in everything from finding another Flet at the condominium to touring tips. Villa Rugamos 2 Flet do Vinícius all spectacular, play area for children, quiet gated community, swimming pool, a few steps from the beach, quiet and beautiful region, I highly recommend.

There is a lot of space in this beach house. We had 7 with us and we’re not at all cramped. The beach is a 2-minute walk. The place looks as described. Recommended.

Luciana was very helpful throughout the process. The house is close to the airport and the most beautiful beaches north of Salvador, which is interesting for those who want to take advantage of this side. The neighborhood was a grateful surprise, full of squares and with everything close. Very friendly.

The house is great, very clean, the street is quiet and without noise, the location is easy and the cost/benefit was excellent. It is next to the beautiful Artists Beach/Corsário Beach, where there is a track to walk, bike paths and app bike rental points. A few meters away there is a grocery/bakery, several restaurants, bars, shops and a small mall. The Convention Center is very close and public transportation is easy/cheap or by UBER to all directions of the city, including to the Historic Center, as the house is located in the center of a semi-circle of the urban area of the city... I thank Vanalva who was very attentive, even though I am at a distance.

I had a good stay, I was very well received by the sympathy of Miriam's family, the community is very receptive and the house is comfortable with other communities in Salvador. You have BRT point 5 minutes to get anywhere in the city. I recommend to the backpacker who wants to optimize his budget and have an accommodation experience in a traditional community.

Good area to be close to the Itapuã beach. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is next to a restaurant called tempero da Ma where Marlene scandal kitchen. I would come back 10/10 times if I went through Salvador.

Ivana is extremely solicitous, pleasant, quickly responded and very available. The house is amazingly cozy, which combined a lot with the magic that only Salvador could have! The space is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and for those who want to stay and go to Salvador in the most popular places, I recommend driving (which has parking) or getting organized for Uber. It has bus lines (scarce) for anyone who wants to take a chance. It has restaurants and markets nearest to those who are by car. Everything was perfect! Very grateful for the days I spent, I will certainly be back!

Your house is as described in the listing and very cozy, each room being prepared in the smallest details, clean and equipped. And the excellent location, in the heart of the “Alto Sereia” community, with unique tranquility, making the place so special. The open windows and the friendliness of the locals surprised us. Edileuza is a love, very friendly and attentive. Deade the first moment providing information about the place, how to get there. We waited at the door, helped with the backpacks. The space was impeccable, very smelling and well set up. The kitchen was super well equipped. The shower outside has a special thing and helps refresh during the day. Guilherme received us for the check in, we went in 4 people and the place was great. Nas Photos does not show but it is quite spacious and complete. Guilherme was a great host, helping us and giving us various tips. The space is great, I recommend it. In the neighborhood there is everything, super quiet, very clean house, smelling and the air cool well. It's not that close to the beach but it gives easy access. In the ad there was "parking included", only when arriving at the place we found out that it was on the street (very safe street) and still Guilherme got a place in a condominium for us on the second day. We only miss blankets and washing machine. But since it was a stay of 2 nights, it was not so relevant. Thank you Guilherme for welcoming us, I recommend this home is the host.

the comfortable house, all the same as the ad, bed linen and bath of excellent air conditioning cooling , near the super quiet and flexible check-in beach, to Iasmin who we received all of good attentiveness, kindness in person . The garage only has two places and another thing was the swimming pool that Monday is in maintenance all day I found a long time

Commencing with the place, very but very calm indeed. I have an autistic son and that was very important. The only problem I had was with difficulty placing the car near the house and the entrance and exit from the street is closed on the weekends due to the lack of education of the people who go to the beach and there was a day when I couldn't get out with the car because they just closed the street with the cars and how I was going to be able to find the owner of the car on the beach. BUT other than that, all very tasty, I hope to return soon.

The house is wonderful, although we were in Bahia, the house and yard were very fresh due to the vegetation, even during the day, we had a lot of comfort while the children had fun and a lot of contact with nature, because in the yard there are jabutis, ducks, fruit trees, flowers, among others. The householders are amazing, gentle, careful, Mr. Francisco woke up very early and left the yard and pool impeccable. Marlene, the host, helped us in everything, met our needs, proved proactive, careful, flexible and was attentive all the time, from the time of the quotation of the stays, as it responded to us quickly and always with courtesy. Amamos spend these days in this house, we would come back for sure!

The house is better than the photos, spacious, functional and comfortable, great swimming pool and barbecue area. The fact that you have a wall separating the house from the beach ensures privacy and increases the feeling of security. We were very well received by Mr. Lazaro and Mrs. Dina, always helpful. The beach at this time is very busy, but it was possible to shower in the sea (calm and warm). Anyway, great option to stay on the island.
