House holiday rentals in Saluda

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Perfect place for our family Christmas. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The hot tub was a perfect end to each day! We will definitely book again !

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

Great location for families, a little far from downtown, but only a short drive and the ability to all be together was worth it.

Such a peaceful and homey place definitely will stay here again if we come back.

It was cloudy and rainy most of our stay but it didn't matter. The house is so big and very comfortable. The indoor pool was wonderful. (They are very strict about kids not being allowed in the hot tub though.) We were able to use all of the outdoor amenities, too. The house is charming! The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to play with the balls on the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was absolutely amazing and perfect for a family getaway with kids! The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with everything we needed to feel at home. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check out a couple of hours later, which we greatly appreciated. The Bungalow was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bungalow had everything I needed. The Adirondack chairs around the fire pit were comfortable and had a great view of the stars at night. Parking was easy and convenient. The host was responsive and friendly. She was able to answer any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Our stay here was great! We are locals and we needed a place to stay while we were finishing up purchasing our new home. The place was very comfortable and clean and it had everything you need. The yard was super convenient as we had our 2 dogs with us.

This place was absolutely perfect. Easy to find and get in and in a great location. Extremely clean and inviting. Well appointed and felt brand new. Amazing showers and super comfortable beds. Loved the big kitchen and the big yard. Also had plenty of parking. Host was super nice. Everything was easy which made it a great stay all around. Highly recommended 10/10.

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

1st the AirBnB home - this home is exactly as listed and more. Spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large group to gather for meals. The lower-level game room was perfect for a rainy day, and toward the end of our stay, boy did it rain... We were there when Hurricane Helene hit and I cannot begin to say enough about our AirBnB hosts, Sam and Laura. We stayed in Thursday as the rain started and by the evening we knew we were in for a major storm. Sam let us know if there were any power outages he would be notified and keep us informed. Friday morning we found 4 large trees down across the drive and no way out. All communication (cell, internet, etc.) was down. Friday evening Sam and Laura made it to the property to check on us. Seeing the damage he said he'd be back in the morning with chainsaws to clear the drive. We cleared the drive and followed them down the mountain to safety. We are forever grateful to our hosts.

Great communication over text and in the home on paper. Easy check in. Beautiful home. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Steep drive so winter may be hard to get to but we had excellent cool weather and no ice or rain so it was perfect for a 2wd car. Being able to use the Garage for the car was a bonus!

Our stay at Franklyn's Airbnb was simply outstanding. During a difficult time for the City of Asheville (damages due to hurricane Helene in September 2024), he pre-empted our needs during the power failure by ensuring we were comfortable. The house is thoughtfully and generously supplied with toiletries, snacks, and other conveniences. Franklyn is naturally a super host who goes above and beyond for his guests. All my friends took his contact information and plan to promote and stay at his place when next they are in town. Thank you, Franklyn. You were a God send. See you next time we are in Asheville. Also, praying for a speedy recovery for your city from the hurricane devastation.

Erin's place is terrific for families traveling with children. We were especially delighted to discover a potty and toys in the kids room -- both made traveling with an active toddler so much easier. The space was lovely, welcoming, and nicely decorated, while still holding up to younger travelers -- it was a relief not to need to worry -- and Erin even put up a Christmas tree for our stay over the holidays! I would absolutely recommend this home for traveling families.

This property is stunning. The windows are enchanting and the decor is simple, clean, and modern, but also adorably trendy. You can access incredible hikes nearby and this home is only about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. One of the most beautiful places I have ever gotten to see, never mind stay in. Also, the host thinks of everything before you get there and is so thorough with directions.

We had a great stay at Holly’s place. It was clean, well stocked, and felt secluded while still being a short drive from downtown Asheville. Holly was communicative and accommodating.

We loved every minute of our stay at this house. In fact it was so perfect that we didn’t even leave the house for our 3 night stay! The view from the living room is incredible. The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the mountain view from there as well. It was very quiet and peaceful at the house.

The location was perfect for our outdoor activities. Private but close enough to everything. The wildlife and the picturesque setting was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Excellent stay! Extremely adorable and comfortable place, back porch and great views! The bed is genuinely way more comfortable than it looks, and the bathroom is gorgeous and roomy! Uber didn’t have too much of a problem getting to us, just couldn’t pull into the driveway. Seriously, love this place and will be back! Thank you!

My mother & I were here during Hurricane Helene. The house is surrounded by trees, we were fortunate none came down & no flooding as the house is higher up the mountain. As visitors with no food/water stores, we were so lucky to meet the incredible neighbors who helped us by sharing their food, water & flashlights-the local bridge washed away and there was no way out. The Airbnb itself was perfect & exactly what we had hoped for. Everything was clean, tidy, & comfortable. We loved the modern decor & enjoyed the 1 night we had power. The porch is beautiful. We saw bears right near the house. Note the driveway is very steep but mom made it up/down by foot slowly tho not the plan. After losing power & water like the rest of the city, Matilda sent a friend over by foot to check on us. We also got to meet her in person as we were being evacuated by ATV (my mother being 80 yrs old) & she gave us water & also refunded days without power and water. Recommend staying when area is restored.

We loved our stay in this mountain retreat! The backyard is so peaceful and yet you are still just 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Calile was also very proactive in communicating and even warned us about approaching dangerous weather. Would definitely stay here again!
