Comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. There is a nice kitchen and everything you need. The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. The owners are really friendly and helpful. There is growing everything you can pick in the lovely garden they have landscaped. It can get a little warm in the bedroom, but good ventilation helps in the evening.

I you are looking for peaceful place with breathtaking sceneries, this is it. The house is cosy with nice view and all accessories to enjoy the stay. Marco was very helpful and waited till late. It was one of our best experiences.

La casa di Simone is located in the pretty Marche village of Amandola, on a cobblestone street and with a beautiful view of the hills. The house is spread across three floors through a spiral staircase. It is entirely made of wood and stone and all the furniture is natural and very well cared for. Downstairs there is an equipped kitchen (even microwave and dishwasher) and dining room. On the middle floor there is a magnificent bathroom with a very relaxing sauna and steam room and a bedroom with two loft beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a small room with a fireplace and a single bed. Simone is a very attentive and responsive host and guided us by phone to reach the destination given the closure of some streets for the village party. From here we reached the centuries-old beech of Canfaito and had a really relaxing weekend. We can't wait to come back.

A very peacful place with stunning views and a nice house. Small roads lead up to the house and a car is a must to be able to go anywhere, which is not a problem. The host Luigi was very nice and welcoming. Definitely worth it 🇮🇹😊

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

We stayed here for two weeks, felt like at home. Place was like in the photos and description. Very private and peaceful location; and Matcherata is only 5 minutes drive for evening activities.

There were six of us in early October for ten days with Carrie and Paul in the L`Uliveto house. The house is very nice and quiet. You are really there for yourself and have your peace and quiet. The house is beautiful and as described on the Airbnb page. Everything you need is there, from the washing machine to hairdryer, toaster, etc. everything is available. And a huge plus is the totally beautiful outdoor pool, which our three children also actively used with joy at the beginning of October. We were very satisfied with everything and can only recommend this house!

Great Location! Lots of space, loved all the rooms and large eating/gathering space. Pool and hot tub was amazing! Our family enjoyed our stay!
