Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Salt River

Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay especially for a golf trip. 10 minutes from TPC, 15 from downtown Scottsdale/Talking Stick, and 25 from We Ko Pa. Just north of Scottsdale is where you wanna be. Place was clean and the apartment was nice and relaxing to stay for a few days

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

Truly appreciated the space. Was caught in town due to weather where I was headed. Couldn’t have found a better location or host. Walkable to many great options and the mall. Parking was nice and secure. Access and amenities in the property were easy. Could simply stay and relax if desired. Extremely responsive and communication was amazing throughout. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back again for a more relaxed time period.

Very clean and comfortable home. Really enjoyed the amenities. Roof top Hot Tube is a plus for sure. It was great being able to walk two blocks to downtown Gilbert with plenty of Food and Entertainment options. Would definitely stay here again. Very quiet location and well maintained. Loved the patio and fire pit for just relaxing!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

Suzette's home was awesome. It was very clean and had absolutely everything you could ever need for a stay, even down to dog treats. The garden area was nice too, so we could enjoy the warm evening. The kitchen had everything you'd expect and a few things more. The garage was spotless, tons of parking space and a convenient 'Juice' charger. Suzette was quick to respond with questions and recommendations, she was the perfect hostess. Highly recommend this home, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Bob’s place in Tempe while visiting for some spring training baseball! Bob was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even went the extra mile with a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic backyard that our two chihuahuas absolutely loved. It was spacious and securely fenced, giving them plenty of room to explore. Another big plus was the 240v charging station in the garage, which was super convenient for our plug-in hybrid. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

Lovely house and back patio. Clean and bright. Nice modern decor. We felt very comfortable here.

This updated home was perfect for our gals trip visit. With three bedrooms we all had our own space, we even had three toilets to choose from. We saw some homeless folks, but never felt scared or intimidated. Very easy commute to the airport. Excellent communication with owner. Would stay here again.

Great location for visiting my family and also having easy access to Usery park. We slept great and had an excellent stay here. Dillan was very accommodating and communicative. Would stay here again!

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!
