Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Salsomaggiore Terme

Really large apartment for 5 people in a very quiet area with 2 private gardens on the sides fully equipped with everything you can need both in the kitchen and in the bathroom with a washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds and pillows and warm home at the right point. Street parking in front of the apartment; supermarket really 100 steps from the house. Overall, a very kind and helpful experience, Mrs. Nadia was a pleasure to spend New Year's Eve in Cavriago on New Year's Eve 2025

Very good place with a kitchen well complete. It could be improved with a kettle or electric pitcher. Very well heated. The host is helpful and it is not difficult to contact them. When I was stuck at the train station more than 1 hour without being able to get a taxi (those who were coming were busy) it helped me get one.

when I arrived at the apartment, I was greeted very kindly. the apartment is very warm,clean and comfortable. Very close to downtown with many amenities within reach. The owner is very kind and the doorman of the building is always ready to help you with any eventuality.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-located apartment. It blends classic European charm with modern amenities like an updated shower and NEST heating. It's in a beautiful, safe location, close to great shops and restaurants. The highlight was the spa, especially the steam room—reservations only, which adds a nice exclusive addition. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!

Great location to have a car and walk to the city center. Apartment was clean and modern. Perfect for our group of 6 - 3 adults and 3 kids.

We had a lovely stay at Marty’s B&B! Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained with so much attention to detail. The host was very friendly and helpful. There was great breakfast provided as well as lots of information materials about the area. We would definitely love to stay at this very unique B&B again!

First of all, I would like to specify that in addition to the beautiful structure, those who made everything perfect was the superhost Stefano!! Very nice person, who was available, especially with the maximum flexibility of arrival at the property and welcome far from Ligurian To say the least, wonderful place to stay in the most total relaxation A nice grill of meat and then a bath in the hot tub... A little away from the hustle and bustle but in 15 minutes on the beach, the Dopper-story apartment with its own kitchen offers a super relaxed stay. - 15 min to the beach by car - nice and cool and quiet - very friendly host with sufficient English skills - super value for money We can only totally recommend it!

House surrounded by greenery and tranquility, the host Daniela is very kind and always available but not intrusive. There's everything you could need. Ideal to unplug and relax in nature for a few days. We'll definitely be back.

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

We loved staying in Alberto’s place! From meeting us at check-in to providing us with recommendations, he was a great host. The house is very nice, comfortable and well-appointed. The area is absolutely beautiful. I cannot think of a single thing that could have made it better. We had a lovely stay and cannot wait to return!

Highly recommended! Maura and her husband are two wonderful people, very kind , super helpful and welcoming, we felt right at home. They responded very quickly to our messages and immediately made themselves super available for anything they needed. Two wonderful people. The apartment was so clean that it shone. Very nice and tastefully furnished. The area is quiet and the parking is convenient under the house. Nearby there is a supermarket and in a few minutes you can reach the center, the AV station and the highway. We will definitely be back when we are in the area...in the hope of finding it free haha! andrea's apartment is a real gem of Reggio Emilia. i found it very clean, very comfortable and in a central area to move around on foot but still very quiet and easy to find. Andrea was very present, giving me all the information I needed, so both check-in and check-out were very easy to do. i had a personal problem and Andrea was very kind and helpful, I will never forget it!
